Southern Breeze 9 on Perdido Key which is also known as the "Lost Key". This cute fully equipped 1 bedroom that easily accommodates 4 adults. Has a full size kitchen, a full size bathroom, a balcony off the master bedroom, and a washer and dryer.


Location says it all!! The white sandy beaches and beautiful emerald water are located directly across the street within walking distance. This charming bungalow is newly updated and refurbished with parking directly in front of the unit.

Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

Pet Policy: This property is dog-friendly for 1 to 2 dogs. Please reach out to us for breed/weight restrictions as well as dog maximums. Advance notice is required, and non-refundable pet fees of $250 per dog apply. Dog owners accept full responsibility for dog(s).

No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00.

Two beds and a bathroom

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We come to Perdido Key on a regular basis because of older family members who live there year round. We've tried a lot of VRBOs and Airbnbs. The best thing about this condo was its location across from the beach. It had two beds, a bathroom, and working AC. That was about it. It's not luxurious, but it's functional. Unfortunately, there were some things that were not up to par. It was not particularly clean. The freezer was covered in sand. Yes, sand. A lot of sand. It even filled an ice tray that someone had mixed the sand with the water in. There were very few cooking utensils. No baking sheets for things like biscuits. There was a broken toaster. We received exactly one garbage bag that was in the can and one roll of toilet paper. If we wanted anything else, there was a list of items we could buy for gaudy prices. The dishwasher was temperamental and only worked some of the time. The refrigerator looked like it used to have handles on it that someone ripped off. The list could go on. We would not stay here again, and we'd pay more to stay somewhere else.

We hate to hear your experience wasn't a positive one. Unfortunately, we were not made aware of any of the issues you mention. If you had let us know, those issues would have been remedied immediately. Baking sheets are provided and were in the cabinet under the sink. The refrigerator handles had been removed by maintenance staff due to being broken by a previous guest (they were not ripped off) but it did not effect the functionality of the appliance. As stated in the online reservation information, only a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry soap, and hand soap is provided. We have several other units throughout Perdido Key that may suit you better should you want to book with us again.
