Have to just rate 3 stars. Had to check in around 11pm and once we got in the room we discovered the A/C was not working. North Beach Resort was able to get us into a different room after 1.5 hours but the quality of the new room was inferior compared to what we had booked. The original condo seemed to be in good condition minus the A/C issue, but what we were switched into had paint peeling off cabinets and stains on all of the furniture. Can’t be mad at the host for the condition of the condo we were switched too, but was overall not thrilled by the situation.

Amazing beach resort

We have been coming to North Beach resort for 10 years and every single visit has been five stars. This was no exception. The unit was nicely appointed. Cleary has been maintained over the years. Very comfortable furniture, great for our five person family. Beds and bedding were comfortable. Service was top-notch. Highly recommend!
