Bienvenido a nuestro condominio ...... Nuestro condominio en la planta baja cuenta con acabados y muebles de alta gama personalizados en todas partes y está situado en un entorno muy relajante a pocos minutos de increíbles playas, restaurantes, campos de golf y tiendas en el exclusivo complejo de Wailea. La cocina totalmente equipada, la gran sala de estar cómoda, la suite principal con cama King de lujo y ducha de hidromasaje, unidades de A / C y ventiladores de techo en el dormitorio y la sala de estar y lanai privado asegurarán una estancia cómoda e inolvidable en el paraíso.

Todas sus necesidades de entretenimiento se cumplirán con televisores de pantalla plana LED en la sala de estar y el dormitorio, un estéreo con bluetooth, internet de alta velocidad, HDTV, Apple TV y un DVD blue ray Brindamos servicios de larga distancia a cualquier lugar de Canadá y EE. UU. Para que pueda mantenerse conectado con familiares y amigos. We spent 12 nights in Jennifer’s place at Grand Champions in Wailea. The unit is perfect for 2 adults, updated and clean. They had Beach gear and everything we needed for the stay. Location is the best you can get that is not beachfront. We had no need to contact the host that says it all.

The condo was very nice and very well stocked with everything we needed. It is a large unit compared to other units. It's very close to a small and large shopping center with many choices of restaurants. The beaches and the coastal walkway are also very close. We would definitely recommend this unit and we would definitely stay again in the future.

Easy 2 min drive to local beaches. All beach equipment needed is available in the condo. We really enjoyed the peace and quiet. Condo was comfortable and very clean as listed. Will return again.

Beautiful condo in an amazing location with easy access to beaches, shops, restaurants, and state parks. The rental had everything needed to feel like home. Jennifer was always immediately available, receptive and friendly. Would book this again as a “first choice“ for another Maui holiday.

Best time ever!

This condo was so calm, cool, and beautiful! My husband and I were on our first vacation without any kids and we were not disappointed with anything. It’s close to shopping and great food. And the condo itself is elegant and comfortable. All communication was easy. We would definitely go back we had the best time!

It was our first trip to Maui and we were not familiar with the area. This is a beautiful area. Perfect location and felt very upscale and safe. The unit is extremely clean and very well appointed. Peaceful Stay in Wailea

The condo is spacious and modern. The location is ideal for those wanting a quiet retreat in the Wailea planned development without the controlled chaos of a big resort hotel environment. The kitchen is great for dining in and it was wonderful to have beach chairs, a cooler, and a beach umbrella (and towels!) available for our use. The only negative about the location is that the area isn't well suited for walking to nearby restaurants or shops. You can do it for sure, but just have to work around golf links, etc. Wailea is an auto-centric area. The property owner is super responsive and helpful and we were very happy with our choice for a restful (but active) week on Maui.

Beautiful and clean!

The condo was exactly as pictured. Everything was very clean and we were very comfortable. Location is great! Had one small issue (no fault of the owner), but Jennifer was very quick to reply and offer help. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location! Walkable to the beach and Shopping centers just down the hill

Easy to check in and they make it feel like a home. Clean and modern with a nice balcony for afternoon sun. There is a market close by that you can get everything you need. Washer and dryer in the unit makes it perfect for the end of a trip!

We had a wonderful stay! The property is in a great location, close to lots of beaches, restaurants, and shopping. The owner was wonderful—clear instructions, a binder full of lots of helpful suggestions in the area, and very responsive. I also appreciated how clean everything was, especially given the pandemic.

Beautiful Place!

Immaculate, modern and tranquil.

This Wailea condo far exceeded our expectations and was a great home base for our Maui vacation. A lot of thought has gone into the unit to help make a vacation easier (“beach box”, well equipped kitchen, brand new washer/dryer etc). The unit was modern and beautifully decorated with an open airy feeling and is truly “PRISTINELY” clean. The complex is very friendly and quiet, we had zero issues with noise from other guests or the tennis area. The Shops at Wailea (open air mall) and a great selection of beaches are a short walk away. Jennifer was great to deal with from start to finish. We originally planned to split our vacation between two communities but chose to stay our entire vacation at this condo because it was so fantastic (thank you Jennifer for accommodating us with this). This is a spectacular condo to stay at and we 100 percent recommend this condo to anyone and absolutely look forward to returning and staying again! Thank you again Jennifer and Phil. In 2008, we were married in Maui and fell in love with the island's magic. In 2011 we were fortunate to purchase our own piece of paradise. After an extensive remodel, our condo has been available for rent since January 1, 2012.

Wailea and more specifically, Grand Champions Villas is very quiet and low key. We are situated in the complex where there is little to no vehicle or foot traffic, however, just a short walk to the pool and commute to the most beautiful beaches, great restaurants, golf and shopping.

We most enjoy the brand new modern conveniences of our condo that are hard to come by at a reasonable price in Hawaii. We love the mature people and peaceful surroundings of the property and the close proximity to the best beaches on the island.
