This is an exceptional vacation home in the much sought after Windsor Palms Resort. Come stay at this beautifully appointed 4 bedroom, 3 bath luxury home in the 24/7 Gated w/guard Windsor Palms Resort. This incredibly comfortable and well-appointed home features 2 King master suites with en suite baths and 2 additional bedrooms with 2 twins in each that share a full bath. This home features a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, large open living room with 55' HDTV, Game Room, (equipped with Table Tennis, Foosball, and Basketball), high speed Wi-Fi internet service, and separate in-house laundry room. All bedrooms feature wall mounted flat-screen televisions and blue-ray/DVD players.

Outside you will enjoy your very own private pool & spa that is the largest private home pool offered in Windsor Palms. The pool area now features a 48" HDTV for viewing from the pool and spa, (added after home pictures were taken). The pool area is very private as it's surrounded by mature shrubs, and with the home being on a corner lot you only have one other home next door. An Outdoor BBQ Gas Grill is also included for relaxing dinners at home around the pool.

For a fun change of pace you can also swim and relax at the Olympic-size pool and Jacuzzi at the Resort Clubhouse that is a very short 100 yard walk away. The Resort Clubhouse also includes tennis courts, beach volleyball, basketball court, exercise gym, 40 Person movie theater that is free to guests, Pool Tiki Bar, Arcade, Pool Tables, and a convenient mini-mart should you need any extra last minute drinks, snacks, or sundry items.

If it's Orlando attractions you're after Disney is just 3 short miles away, and Universal and Sea World are within an easy 20+/- minute drive. The Cruise Ports of Canaveral & Tampa are just over an hour away and easily accessible from the convenient resort location. Windsor Palms ideal location also provides quick access to all other Orlando major attractions and dozens of great restaurants, stores, and shops are just 1-3 miles away. This beautiful home is sure to provide you with the best in comfort, relaxation, and enjoyment with its exceptional amenities and fantastic location so close to Disney.

This was the perfect house for us. Plenty of room for all 5 of us, lots of dishes and cookware, and the house is nicely decorated. The hot tub heated up quickly and was so needed after full days at the park. Also enjoyed the swimming pool and watching the television on the back porch. Had one small issue at the gatehouse but a phone call got that fixed quickly. Don't hesitate to book this one - great family vacation house.

We love the Orlando area and have vacationed in the area with our children since they were small. We rented in several communities in the area but absolutely fell in love with the Windsor Palms Resort community.

Why they chose this property

We had thought about investing in a home as far back as 2006 but never found the exact property we were looking for so we continued to rent in Windsor Palms Resorts. We finally made the decision in 2013 to invest in a vacation home and when in town for business in January 2013 I took an afternoon to look at some available properties. When I saw this beautiful home in Windsor Palms, on a corner lot and just steps from the clubhouse, I knew it was the one. It was the floor plan that we absolutely love and it also had the larger pool and spa that we hoped for. We feel very fortunate that the timing worked out and we were able to purchase this beautiful home.
