Perfect place and location for a three generational family. Gated community was nice with littles. This place is perfect and so close to the beach. Super nice having the private beach so we didn’t have to fight for a space near the water

Beautiful Unit and Location

We truly enjoyed our stay so much we want to book again! It was clean, easy and perfect location. Private beach was added bonus as well!

our family had a great stay, the room was spacious, clean and well equipped. loved the private beach and attendants to keep public from encroaching. oneminor property improvements that could be done: elevator was super slow so it was quicker to take the stairs so happy that room is only on the second floor. elevator has absolutely no moving air so when it is hot outside it is quite stuffy in there.

This unit is every bit as gorgeous in person as in the listing. Very spacious and comfortably furnished. We will definitely stay here again.

One of the best condos (if not the best) Ive stayed in. The location was convenient, close to the beach, great amenities, clean and upgraded property, no complaints at all… I recommend this condo to anyone

We enjoyed our stay at Beach DNA. The unit is beautifully decorated, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the unit was quite clean. We appreciated the available beach toys, umbrella, and chairs. The process for checking in and checking out was seamless and we were provided with all the information we needed prior to our stay.The only issue with our stay on the second floor was that the beach was not as visible as we would have liked. The trees between the beach and building were tall enough to obscure the view of the beach. We realize it is an issue beyond the host’s control, but it was still disappointing not to have a clear view of the beach from the balcony.

Very well stocked with towels, linens & toiletries. The kitchen was so accommodating & stocked with anything you could need . The decor was beautiful & updated. Location was excellent & loved that they supplied 2 beach chairs & beach toys/floats for the beach. We had no problems with anything & we liked that it is a low density building. The only suggestion I might have is trimming the tree tops for the balcony view if possible. The trees are beautiful but the view is slightly obstructed. We would definitely return & enjoyed our stay & family time. Thank you.

Beautiful condo right on the beach

This condo has plenty of room for all ages of people. We stayed with my in-laws and our 3 children. Everyone had lots of space and the condo was convenient to everything on 30A. Being on the second floor, the beach was hard to see, but you had a wonderful view of the ocean just over the natural vegetation. The pool is not very big, but the 2 chairs and umbrella provided on the beach was fantastic! Very clean unit with all the things you need in a kitchen for cooking in at night.
