You also have the luxury of access to the beautiful Oasis Clubhouse that offers several amenities to you as a guest. Large outdoor pools, lazy river, indoor arcade, swim up bar and more! Disney Retreat vacation rental home is spacious and full of all the amenities you need to have the best vacation. Two king bedrooms, two queen bedrooms and three twin bedrooms, with two twin beds in each allow you to vacation with up to 16 people. The large family room and upstairs loft area and game room ensures there is space for everyone. No vacation home is complete without its very own private pool and spa, to make this feature stand out from the rest you will find plenty of patio furniture to accommodate everyone in the sun or shade of the covered lanai.

This home will go fast so don`t miss out on all the fun it has to offer to you and your family!

Our Florida Spirit office is close to your vacation home and if you need assistance you`re more than welcome to reach out to us at all hours of the day. Otherwise we`ll give you your time to enjoy everything the area has to offer!!

This neighborhood is absolutely gorgeous! It has a manned gate for all our guests safety, a golf course on site and the Oasis Clubhouse for your access. The neighborhood is also close to Walt Disney World and other surrounding grocery stores, shopping centers, and restaurants.

Parking is complimentary with your stay! We do suggest limiting your parking on the streets to only during the day due to potential towing at night. Our other means of travel is by Uber, Taxi or Lyft upon payment to driver!

It is what it is

A few things, one of the fridge drawer was crack, and the outside furniture was old it’s about time to replace it, there was no pool net pole for the pool but I call and they came right out but the pool service agent brought a pool pole net but hit the screen with the pole putting a rip in the screen. But I would stay there again!!

Overall not bad. It was very easy to book the property through VRBO. The problem came with Florida Spirits asking several times for me to send a picture of my driver’s license and a copy of my credit card. The downstairs bed was broke but the property managers quickly came and “fixed it” by drilling a board to keep it in place. I was skeptical about staying here after reading reviews saying you had to wash your towels before leaving but that was never presented as part of the check out process. Garage does have a car parked in it so do not plan on using it. That wasn’t a big deal for us. Cars were parked on the streets during our visit. I did like how the community is gated but sometimes it could get backed up if everyone is trying to check in through the gate at the same time. You are suppose to be able to scan it in the next lane but it wasn’t working so there was only one lane to check in. Overall I was very pleased with this property and would stay again.

*****RENTERS BEWARE ******** AC didn’t work properly 2 Safety nets will not lock. 3 year old Grand daughter almost drowned Pool skimmer is broke had to buy a new one 2 inch jagged pipe sticking up in high traffic pool area - was told that I could put a wash cloth over it by maintenance (then they tried to charge me for towels, washcloths) WASH TOWELS BEFORE LEAVING Pool stopped skimming Tuesday or Wednesday - spa also drained and would not fill up. Reported but no one came out 6 of the TVs cable was not working except the living room Also there is a broken tile on the edge of the whirlpool. If someone raises up near the whirlpool and hit that with their face it will cut them. Master bathroom doors off track 2 Smoke detectors beeping Kitchen Table scuffed and finished discolored Pool floor blocks loose 1 Kitchen chair broke 1 outdoor chair broke Kids underwater poop in master bathroom Many table legs scuffed or broke 1 pool stick was broken but it was replaced and the broken one was left here Dryer only works on one setting Master bedroom 1 ceiling leaking Bedroom with white linings second floor front bedroom ceiling leaking almost falling Red Finger nail polish on bathroom cabinets All Bar stools unstable or broken ice maker will not dispense ice The safety of your guests should be top priority and you treated like it was no big deal and we felt this all week. I wished we had never seen this property.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented a property for our end of the year vacation at this location, based on our prior experience. However, this house did not meet our expectation. The house was poorly conserved, smelled bad like a wet dog was inside, sheets in one of the rooms were dirty, furniture was bit up, carpet was in a horrible condition, and it had a really bad stain and mold leak in one of the rooms, which ended up not been used. Several bulbs did not work, the pool sticks were broken, and the table was wobbly. Some screens at the pool were broken, the pool cycle was messed up, and the refrigerator was leaking and the drawers were broken. We call to report all these issues the day we got in, someone answer the phone and said they were going to pass on our concerns. It took the company more than 2 days to send someone, and still not all issues were fixed. Some people were in dark rooms for more than 2 days, and we lost one room because of the mold. Also, with the refrigerator leaking, we were worried someone would slip and fall. With this type of service and quality of the property, I can guarantee we will never go back to this resort. Also, the company been used to manage this property should be evaluated a bit more as the service they provide is poor.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beware! You do not get what you see!!!My family of 16 stayed at the Disney retreat home in the Champions Gate Resort. I chose this home because we needed parking for 4 cars (16 people coming from different areas). because the rules states... “Champion Gates Resort prohibits any parking on the street or grass. Vehicles parked on the street or grass may be towed at guest’s expense without prior notification.” This notice was also posted on the door inside the home. The listing of this home showed a garage available and two parking spaces in the driveway (the layout) therefore 4 parking spaces. However, upon reaching the home we discovered a vehicle occupying the garage. We unpacked groceries in the rain because we were told by a Florida Spirit representative that it was the owner’s vehicle in the garage and the garage could not be used. ( we therefore did not have use of the entire property of which we paid) We were told by Florida Spirit to park on the street( but the rules state it is prohibited). The representative did not return my call but instead texted to give me instructions to ignore rules and find parking on the street.The home was fairly decent. The downstairs looks like it’s newly renovated and it’s beautiful, but the furniture is worn. The pool area is nice. However, bedrooms upstairs are dingy and the furniture is very worn.I highly discouraged the rental of the Disney retreat home, and I questioned the professionalism of Florida Spirit employees.

Don't be fooled by the pictures

The house was not cleaned. We paid a cleaning fee & had to purchase cleaning supplies to clean the house & wash dirty linen for the entire first day & half the next. The furniture in the pictures are torn, very dirty, & unkempt. All of the beds were either stained with blood or urine. The house reaked of a terrible odor. The televisions do not have cable-we were asked to log into our online apps but the wifi was weak. Towels had dark spots on them. The refrigerator leaked, the air downstairs didn’t work..... & I could go on forever, but Florida spirit vacation rentals staff DO NOT CARE. As soon as we got there, I I asked them for a refund. They never responded until I called the next day from a different phone & they answered. They lied as if they would call me back, come fix cable on tv's, and fix the steaming hot water in the kitchen and downstairs bathroom. I had to keep calling the next day before anyone came out. And, to make our stay even worse, the staff contacted the gateman & told them to give me a temporary parking pass each day until I gave them the full names of all 16 of my guests as of my family was going to scam them as they did us. I mean, why do you need the names of minors? Also, they kept bugging me about signing a contract before I came about cleaning the house even though they took money for a cleaning fee, money for a damage waver fee, & I paid money for a damage fee. They weren't quick to respond to my concerns, complaints, photos or videos of their home, but after harassing me to sign a contract before my arrival, they quickly began emailing & texting me about "update you departure details" the night before our departure. I nicely responded that they should stop being even more aggravating. DO NOT RENT THIS FILTH. YOUR FAMILY DESERVES BETTER!

July 2021 Stay

Overall good stay! Minor issues in house such as broken sink knob and very limited trash disposal area. Unable to utilize every TV due to missing cords but fortunately that did not ruin our trip completely. One of the toilets clogged up during trip but due to excessive amount of bathrooms it did not cause an extreme issue. Numbers posted in home need to be updated for repairs since they send you to a promotional service but you can call other contact number for assistance. Since it was Sunday and not an emergency I guess that’s why I did not hear back from anyone during our stay. Overall, the place was nice. The neighborhood had a lot of trash/items located on the curbs and very limited parking space. So keep that in mind when traveling. Even though the house can accommodate a large group of ppl they state after dark to park all vehicles in drive way, which is small by the way.

Great House -- Know The Neighbourhood

There are lots of upsides to this home. Tons of space. Great pool area. The BEST beds we've ever had in a rental home like this. Seriously, we were surprised by how comfortable the beds were. The downsides are mostly the neighbourhood/location. The I-4 is currently awful for traffic and makes getting around challenging. We also were with young kids, but the size of the house meant that the renters around us were there for a number of big parties. The neighbourhood does have a quiet time that starts at 10pm, so a couple nights we had to call the security guard because our kids kept waking up to the music after that. There's also an issue with the plumbing to a few faucets shutting off, but you just have to reach under and pop the water line back on. Ultimately, if you are okay with the I-4 traffic this is a great spot. Just grab the security number early on and you'll have a great stay.

The pool was warm when we got there which was great but the AC in the downstairs was not working. They ended up fixing it on our last night. I had left them a message about the AC and they called me back to let me know that they had scheduled someone to fix it that day which was nice but we were at Disney World. When I told them I didn't want someone in the house while we were gone they said they were going to charge me a service fee for the appointment that they scheduled without talking with me first. Not what I wanted to deal with while on vacation with the family!

Not worth the hype.

My family and I stayed here for 5 nights, upon our arrival we noticed that the property wasn't as clean as the last property we rented in Championsgate. On the first night the pool table collapsed while my son and nephews who are 10 and under, were shooting pool. We also had to go buy towels to wash with and wash dishes with. Two tvs didn't work. After trying to call the next morning for hours about my concern, I had to drive to the rental office to explain to them want was going on in the unit. When they sent out the maintenance supervisor I showed him the problems and explained to him that my family and I were here for vacation and this home wasn't cleaned with dust hanging from the ceiling and all over the place and how we shouldn't have to buy towels to wash dishes with. I even showed him the collapsed pool table, broken lamp, and tvs. He told me he would return to remove the pool table, bring some lamps, and replace the two tvs that were broken. Needless to say he never returned. This property management company needs to do a better job of managing this unit. Why pay a cleaning fee if the unit is still going to be dirty, dusty, and missing items. Also, I understood that people own these units but it's unprofessional for the owner to have their personal car I'm the garage when you're expecting renters. For my own sanity, I just locked the garage door from the inside.
