Throughout your stay, our team was responsive and in regular communication. When the door code didn’t work, we assisted immediately and ensured you had access. You mentioned an issue with hot water, which you later confirmed was working. As for the heater, you informed us it wasn’t functioning, but you also requested that we not send anyone in to repair it. We respected your preference and held off, though we were prepared to address it. You also reported items found under the bed, which we sincerely apologized for and addressed with our housekeeping team to ensure it won’t happen again. After your checkout, our cleaners reported a number of issues, including stains on the bedding, towels, and couch, along with a broken closet door and other damage requiring additional cleaning and repairs. We documented everything thoroughly and only charged for what was necessary to restore the unit to its proper condition. As for the unit itself, it is accurately described in the listing. It’s a modest, cozy space with shared laundry, no dishwasher, and basic amenities, all clearly outlined ahead of time. We always encourage guests to review listings carefully to ensure they match their needs and expectations. We did our best to support you during your stay and respond to every concern brought to our attention. While this experience didn’t go as either of us hoped, we appreciate the opportunity to improve and continue providing the best possible experience for future guests.
