Each of the bedrooms on the main floor include a desk to accommodate any of your work requirements. The updated kitchen is fully stocked to prepare home-cooked meals if desired. The inviting, open living area houses a large TV for all of your streaming needs. In the basement you will find another large TV and sitting area and a washer and dryer. Outside you will find a private yard with a large deck with a dining area and a fire pit to enjoy.

Welcome to Cozy Springs! I hope your journey to Colorado Springs was pleasant and comfortable. Allow me to introduce myself to you – my name is Martie. I’m a Network Engineer (nerd). Some of my hobbies include playing video games, finding awesome new music, traveling, and making sure my guests have the best stay at my Airbnb property!
Past guests have mentioned how quiet and safe the neighborhood is and how comfortable the beds are! Some recommendations I could make are visiting the Pioneers Museum -- great for learning about the history of this wonderful place. Another would be to visit the Garden of the Gods, because not only is it free, but there is so much to do, from hiking to segway tours and scavenger hunts. Both fun AND beautiful!
