Great place! Convenient location. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Really appreciated the stocked kitchen with proper pans, knives and appliances. We will definitely stay here again.

Great spot & feels like home with plenty of space. Close to Colorado College and the shops & restaurants of downtown COS. This house has everything you need - a very cozy home to come back to after exploring & adventuring!

The house was located close to downtown, grocery, and a short drive to all the touristy things. It has 3 bedrooms with king-size beds upstairs and another bedroom on the main level, 2 full baths. Plenty of space for our family. We were there in August during a heat wave, so we didn't use the hot tub. Although a little noisy, the window AC units did their job! The house was very comfortable. The host was easy to communicate with using the app. Would recommend this house. Overall, great place for a stay in Colorado Springs.

Our family of 4 adults thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this charming home in Colorado Springs. The neighborhood has some great history and is so close to all the great downtown destinations. The house has a really cool vibe and has been restored to maintain the integrity of the architectural style. There’s plenty of space to spread out, and to gather for meals and movies and games. The hot tub felt great on the cool nights after hikes in the incredible outdoor surroundings. We all slept great, and my husband and I both gave the coffee and coffee maker two thumbs up . When we get back to Colorado, we hope there is availability on East Boulder Street again!

This place was amazing! I loved the style of the home, the location, and everything was perfectly well organized and very thought out on the amenities. My kids enjoyed the space, as did I and my husband. Will definitely keep this house in mind for our next visit in Colorado! Another bounce was all the beautiful walking trails and parks. The host was very friendly and has great etiquette!

Nice place. With an easily accessible location.

As the listing states they are new to the market. A couple tweaks with the awesome antique door handles and getting the hot tub’s water balanced a bit better and this is a 5 star all the way!!

Central Colorado Springs is a diverse and vibrant area known for its historic charm due to its Victorian, Craftsman, Tudor design homes which reflect the neighborhood's rich history.

This is a classic Victorian home, so the layout has a bit of character. The staircase is split into two short sections with a small landing in between rather than one long run. It’s a standard incline and includes a railing for support, but as with many older homes, it may feel a little different from newer builds.

The neighborhood is close to downtown Colorado Springs, providing residents with easy access to dozens of restaurants, boutique shops, cultural attractions, and entertainment venues. Our tinyhome is definitely suited for those people who want to be in close proximity to the city core but still want to stay in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood.

Colorado Springs hosts many community events and festivals celebrating local art, music, and culture. throughout the year, fostering a sense of community among the residents of downtown Colorado Springs.

Some of Colorado Spring's best parks and trail systems such as Acacia Park, Monument Valley Park, and the Shooks Run Trail are located very close to our home.
