Big walkout basement suite with lots of natural light and private entrance. Great for just a couple or for families with two bedrooms --one queen and one bunk beds, 2 sofa sleepers, 2 air mattresses, port-a-crib, 4 child mattresses for the floor. Some toys available. Full kitchen, large bathroom, gorgeous view of Pikes Peak and mountain range.
About 20 minutes into Colorado Springs.
4 miles to Walmart and other shopping and restaurants.

This place was everything the comments said it was. More than reasonably priced!! Super clean!!! We stayed purely based on the comments. We were extremely pleased! I highly recommend this place!!

Great Place

Great value for a great place. This our second time at Vogel’s View. Both times we have experienced a very courteous host who is readily available. Great place for families

Wonderful property! Out of town and beautiful view. Family friendly for infants to adults. Comfy, clean, perfect for our family of 9 for a week!

Beautiful rural setting

Great place to stay. Had everything we needed. It was nice to come home and relax after the hustle and bustle of Colorado Springs and Manitou Springs. Will book again when in the area.

Nice full basement with homey atmosphere. Couches, video, tv, games, toys and a small play yard for kids, dining room, washer, dryer, dishwasher, full kitchen The only down side for me was that I am an extremely light sleeper and the upstairs occupants must rise early. The first night I slept great but was awakened by a creaking ceiling at 4:30 am. There were ear plugs available at bedside.The next night I took advantage of the hearing protection and put on white sound on my phone all night, I slept longer, but still noticed creaking ceiling. Beds were comfy, there are extra pillows, blankets, fans etc. Just be aware if you are and extremely light sleeper you may need to do as I did to get rest. Also, would have preferred to communicate via phone, rather than through app as I am not tech savvy.

The rental is afgordable priced and the couple make an effort to make your stay comfortable.

It was just as described. A finished basement with enough beds to accommodate my family on our trip. As a bonus, there were books, games and puzzles available, as well as some other extras that made it feel more like a home instead of just another place to sleep. GREAT view of Pikes Peak from the entry!

Great stay!

Spacious suite that was exactly as advertised. Owners pulled out all of the stops remembering just about every incidental thing you may have forgotten and providing. There were even toys for the kids and an Atari.

Perfect Stay

The Mountain View is even better than pictures can show! The Vogels are gracious and generous hosts who have really thought of everything. The beds are comfortable and kitchen is well equipped. Five stars all the way!

We enjoyed our time visiting Colorado from Arkansas. Vogel’s view was perfect for our family stay at and the owners were quick to respond if we needed something.

Excellent hosts, every amenity imaginable, convenient location, spotlessly clean and WiFi. Who could ask for more? Almost better than home! Looking forward to returning next year!

Short trip

This worked well for us- plenty of space for 4adults, plus full kitchen and washer & dryer. We really only needed a place to sleep but it seems this place had more to offer - games, books, projector. Good communication with the hosts.

Absolutely amazing view! Cozy accommodations with everything for small children. My granddaughter loved the kids kitchen set! So close to town and was useful in our visits to new family!

Simply Perfect

We absolutely loved our stay. The Vogel's thought of everything a family might need. The kids were so happy to find toys, games, and books. We enjoyed the peacefulness and comfort. We will definitely look here first for availability when we come back.

Very cozy basement apartment! Lots of room and activities for kids! Hosts were really kind and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again my family loved looking through the books, movies and toys it brought up lots of memories!

Beautiful view.

This was the most accommodating place I’ve ever stayed. We had everything we needed and then some. The place was extremely clean and cozy. And the view!!!! So beautiful to see pikes peak while washing dishes.

Beautiful!

We loved the owners, the area and all the activities surrounding this beautiful place! We had the best time and this was the perfect stay for us. Plenty of toys and books for the kiddo for the time we were there and all the extras that were kept around the house were a blessing. So glad we chose this as our place for the week! Great Place for Families

We had a wonderful stay. My family really appreciated that it was geared towards families with young children. The crib, diaper changer (with diapers!) and the toys were extemely helpful and made our stay more relaxing. The views were amazing and the hosts made several recomendations for restaurants that all turned out to be great. Everything was very clean and they had everything we needed. Thanks again for a much needed relaxing week in the mountains.

Lovely place, lovely view, beyond happy with everything.

The hosts really thought of everything we could possibly need. It's a very cozy place and the pictures don't do it justice. Hosts replied quickly every time I had a question. Very very clean. Will definitely book again if we're ever in the area.
