About Sara McKinney Sulier
Sara Sulier (Owner) Louisville KY is a wonderful place to live with the beauty of all seasons but it does not have an ocean. I fell in love with South Carolina the first time I visited and started planning to retire there. Caring for my 95 year old Mother has delayed those plans but has given me the opportunity to share the magic of the beach with others. Preparing Sea La Vie for rental was a labor of love...thinking about the joy it will bring to those who come to stay and leave with beautiful memories of their time with loved-ones...walks on the beach, breathtaking sunsets, laughing children splashing in the ocean and building sand castles, beautiful golf courses, fish that did or did not get away, and, of course, not to forget sand in their luggage.
Sara McKinney Sulier purchased this House in 2009
Why Sara McKinney Sulier chose Garden City Beach
Garden City is close to everything Myrtle Beach has to offer with a more quiet family neighborhood feel and less traffic. Located between Myrtle Beach and Pawleys Island makes it a short drive to attractions at either of these very popular locations. For me, it was important to be closer to one of the most beautiful Cities in our Country, Charleston. Charleston, rich with history, architecture, fine restaurants, plantations, shopping and unique ambiance is a comfortable one day outing from Garden City.
What makes this House unique
Sea La Vie is has it all, a beautiful beach home to relax in located in the center of everything. Sea La Vie is well planned to provide guests with the amenities, comforts, and decor to make their stay special. Whether swimming in the private pool, relaxing on the 3 decks, or hanging out in the beach themed home, everything is designed for comfort, relaxation and fun. Sea La Vie is located in a small community with both vacation rentals and year round residents giving you that small beach community ambiance that SC beaches are famous for. Steps from the beach and across the street from the marsh, this charming beach community is near all the Grand Strand has to offer. You couldn't be in a more convenient location for enjoying everything; 15 minutes from the airport, 20 minutes from downtown Myrtle Beach, 20 minutes from Pawleys Island, 10 minutes from retail shopping, 1.5 hours from Charleston, and only minutes from Murrells Inlet Marsh Walk, famous for having the best seafood on the Grand Strand, live music nightly, and as a hub for ocean activities to include marsh tours, fishing, parasailing and more.
