What a beautiful home in a beautiful location! The listing states up to 18 people; however, 16 is maximum for beds. We had such a wonderful time and communication with our hosts was great. There were a few items that we recommended them

Yes the host was very welcoming.. and was there for any and all questions that we had.. the only thing is we couldn’t get the fire place to work and one of the lil heaters didn’t work other then that it was great plenty of room and very clean

When we arrived we found portable AC units in the 2 upstairs bedrooms. The rooms were not cooling and smelled bad.After many text messages and some talks with maintenan⁹ce the problem was never resolved We were unable to use those two bedrooms and had to squeeze everyone into the two lower levels. The AC on the lower level was freezing and mid level was some what normal although it took hours to cool down after the heat of the day.. The frig was not cold when we arrived at 3:30 and was no colder when we returned at 8:30 with cold groceries. We had to put ice in the refrigerator part to keep our food at a safe temperature. We put a thermometer in the frig and had to keep frozen ice bottles in the refrigerator section for our entire stay to keep our food at a safe temperture. The rugs were all filthy. Maintenance carried one rug off the porch that smelled awful and cleaned part of the deck to try to eliminate the odor, filthy table and highchair that he also cleaned They carried out one broken chair, but every diningroom chair was broken. Coffee table stained , couch / bed in pool room dirty. The pool balls damaged they were replaced, towel racks broken, dressers broken, bulbs out were replaced, gas out of one windows, grill broken, no bean bags for cornhole received 7/1. Some things were taken care of , others not.After 3 ys of complaining about the refrigerator, AC and odor with no results my son seeing how dissapointed, annoyed and upset we were said let's

The cabin was perfect to celebrate our friends for their bachelorette! Enough room to be comfortable, clean, plenty of kitchen supplies, and the hot tub was a nice perk after a long day of shopping! We had a minor issue with our kitchen sink and they had it fixed same day and asked permission before maintenance went into the cabin! Super friendly and professional staff and very informative!
