This amazing home is at the first floor of a newly renovated historic duplex, and will give you all the comforts of home! Tastefully decorated with everything you need and then some!!

***For Security, the EXTERIOR ONLY of this home is monitored 24/7 by our Arlo doorbell.

Everything in the apartment is for your use: coffee, tea, snacks, water, etc. Please look through the cupboards and fridge and see whst is there for you, if other guests have left supples leave them there for future guests.

The laundry room is downstairs.

We are on the property and available but also want to give you your space!

This is a beautiful, spacious and well-maintained property, with everything you'd want for a group or family stay! enough seating for everyone to have a meal or watch tv, a well-equipped kitchen. parking in the back or along the side of the house. The host answered our questions in advance and during the stay. We walked in and were immediately sorry we weren't staying longer!

This is an excellent property and would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Albany area especially if traveling with family. The decor, the amenities and the neighborhood was all top notch. I would definitely stay here next time I’m in the area visiting family. Such a beautiful house!

Amazing Stay!

Our stay was so lovely. The house was clean, beautiful inside and out, and easy to find. The location is very close to some great spots in Albany as well! The hosts were so responsive any questions I had they answered very quickly. I would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat!

Excellent host! Let them know we would be arriving late-had a small issue with the pin entry(user error!) and they were immediately able to assist! Apartment was extremely clean and cozy. Beds were very comfortable and place was set up with everything we needed for our quick stay. Located in a nice quiet neighborhood. Hoping to stay at this place again during upcoming multi day stay for upcoming surgery at St Peter’s Hospital in January-Thank you for the hospitality!

Lovely house on a quiet street

Stayed here with some family members for my daughter’s graduation. This is a lovely home in a quiet neighborhood and close to everywhere we needed to go. The house was spotless, the owners were quick to respond to questions and the amenities were a nice extra. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay!!

Our trip was wonderful. We loved the Pine Hills apartment. It was immaculate, very well stocked and just lovely. Richard and Priscela were always available and very attentive. Can not say enough and would definitely stay again..
