➝ Family Friendly - Pack'n Play, highchair, kids dishware provided (Pack n' Play only comes with the padding from the box, and no beddings)

➝ Central A/C and heat

➝ Charcoal BBQ Grill + outdoor seating + Backyard (Not fully fenced)



➝ Pet Friendly - 2 dogs under 40lbs (must be included in the reservation- $60 per pet fee) - sorry no cats

NOTE: For security, we have a security camera mounted on top of the garage door which faces the door entrance and driveway. This will be on during your stay.

We had a very nice stay, quiet neighborhood, everything was clean and beds were comfortable. The house is remodeled but is older and does only have one bathroom, but we managed. The kitchen is well stocked and there is a nice flatscreen television in every single room. We especially enjoyed the large garage that is available at the back of the property. We were moving our daughter after graduating from Creighton and it was nice to be able to park our vehicle, filled with personal items, in the garage.

The host was so great to work with, I had quite a few update requests and they were so professional and kind in their responses to me. House is nice and comfortable beds. Will definitely stay again if ever in Omaha.

Nice stay for the price

The house was like the pictures. The owner was very responsive to questions. Very easy check in and out process. Was perfect for attending the college world series, was about 20 minutes from the field and downtown. Would recommend staying here, the neighborhood was pretty quiet too.

This property was advertised as a retreat with a BBQ but there was no BBQ. Other than that, it was a great property and great location.

Just what we needed!

The home was immaculate and well stocked with everything we needed. We all slept well in the comfy beds (the rooms could be made very dark, too), and the kids liked being up on the loft. We all loved the ping pong table, and the dogs loved the big yard, though we had to be out there with them since there is not a fence all the way around. I am tall and for the first time in a VRBO, I didn’t have to duck to wash my hair in the shower…it was nice and high!😊 The huge TVs all over the house were nice, and the AC kept up with the heat. All in all, we hope this place is available the next time we visit!

We loved the house and location in Benson. Very charming older home in a cute neighborhood. Definitely felt like a home away from home with lots of little details such as q-tips in the bathroom, spices in the kitchen. My husband loved how there was a TV in basically every room. Our boys loved the basement with a ping pong table and a TV and couch (where they set up their gaming system they brought with them). Our dog loved lying in a sun patch on the floor of the enclosed front porch. Comfortable beds and furniture. Good closet space. It was nice to have a driveway for off-street parking. The communication was excellent. We would stay here again.
