Welcome to Four Palms Biloxi! Located half a block from the beach, walking distance to most Biloxi attractions and just a short drive to downtown Ocean Springs. A well-appointed 1250 square foot vacation rental unit with sleeping accommodations for up to 6. The first floor has a full kitchen, dining room, living room and ½ bathroom. The living room has a sofa with a queen size memory foam pull-out bed. The second floor includes the primary bedroom with a king size bed and full bathroom, the secondary bedroom with a queen size bed and full bathroom, and a full-size laundry. There are balconies off the living room and primary bedroom that have great views of the beach and surrounding area. Smart TVs are located in each bedroom and the living room. Guests have access to free Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped including pots, pans, blender and coffee maker. There is a full-sized refrigerator and freezer with an ice-maker and filtered water dispenser. This structure is elevated and has an entertainment area and covered parking beneath it. Centrally located with easy access to both downtown Biloxi and Ocean Springs making it easy to plan your visit. Nearby attractions (many within walking distance) include the beach, 6 casinos, 30+ restaurants in Biloxi, 20+ restaurants in Ocean Springs, museums, community centers, theaters, ball park, shopping, family fun parks/resorts, charter fishing, city tours and much more! Easy access to I-110! NEED ADDITIONAL SPACE: We have three additional identical units (total of four) at this same location. Please contact us if you would like to rent the entire complex for a special occasion. NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features 16 exterior security cameras that capture all exterior areas of the property. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion.

Because of close proximity to the water, the structure is required to be raised and additionally it has two floors. This is evident in the pictures on the listing and translates to the requirement for stairs. Guests should take this into consideration when booking. While parking is tight, it is sufficient to allow two vehicles for the unit.
Michael and Donna Moak conceptualized this property and put the construction project in motion. David and Sandi Hilton became partners to assist with construction and subsequently have taken on management of the rental property. Michael is a talented carpenter who has been creating magnificent custom cabinetry, trim and furniture for over 30 years. He is also a builder having completed some beautiful custom homes (some award winning!). Donna has worked in real estate for over 25 years and as a broker for the past 18 years, but she also manages their businesses and helps out on job sites when time allows. David is a 27-year Navy veteran who served both below and above the water but now works as an IT professional. He is an avid DIY’er with a strong interest in construction and has been involved in multiple building projects. Sandi is an accomplished residential real estate appraiser that has been certified for over 13 years and has also had her realtors license for over 7 years. Additionally, she has returned to being a licensed insurance agent for the past 4 years (a profession she pursued earlier in life) and is incredible at managing the upkeep of this rental property.
All four partners are Gulf Coast residents, with three being Mississippi natives. We hope you will enjoy your stay at the property!
