As for assistance, we strive to provide prompt support to all our guests. However, we didn’t receive any messages or requests from you during your stay, so we were unaware that you needed additional help. We're pleased to hear our groundskeeper was able to assist, as they're always happy to help when on-site. We are continuously working to make sure our listings accurately reflect distances and local conditions. While the neighborhood itself is residential, nearby development and normal road traffic can occasionally create noise, which is common in growing areas. We recommend guests who prefer beach access by foot or very quiet surroundings to consider this when booking, and a car is definitely helpful for getting around comfortably. Your comments about the furnishings and cooling are also noted. We are already reviewing these areas to see where improvements can be made, as guest comfort is important to us.
