Wonderful place to celebrate as a family! Lots of beds, space to hang out and fun outdoor options!! We enjoyed walks down the road and in the woods, and smores at the fire pit!

Our family had a wonderful time at Carol’s Cottage. The space was clean, spacious, comfortable and well stocked. All the amenities we needed. Will definitely stay again when we visit family in Missouri.

Beautiful location. Peaceful and plenty of space for extended family. Spotty service but not a game changer. We were busy with wedding activities for my son but would love to come back and enjoy the location more next time.

Carol’s cottage is spacious, the front and back decks are big and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, dishes, pots and pans, we just needed to bring food. We would recommend this rental to our friends and family!!

Great Place for Family Time

We appreciated having such a lovely, clean space with plenty of beds and baths to accommodate our family gathering of six adult sisters. Although our weekend plans didn't leave time to take advantage of cooking in the well appointed kitchen it would have been a delightful place to prepare a meal. We loved sitting on the back screened-in porch drinking our morning coffee, listening to an array of birds and watching a charm of finches.

If you are looking for an unplugged getaway, this is the house for you! We had problems with the WiFi but that is expected in a rural area like this and was only an issue because was planned a PowerPoint night. Beautiful scenery, great hosts, all around a good time. My friends and I definitely missed the turn in our first visit because it hides in the trees. Just to want you.
