Jacob is a total sweetheart and the place was cute, cozy and charming. The kids had fun playing basketball and we enjoyed lounging on the comfy lounge chairs.

Excellent for a couple's stay. Very clean. Stocked with everything needed, even bottled waters in fridge. Inside is updated with washing machine and dryer which was a great perk. The yard has potential to be nice but it's rundown however it was very quiet and a nice stay. This is actually more in Centennial, close to Englewood which was misleading but overall great stay!

This is the CUTEST place! Awesome layout, lots of space, and in a terrific location. The hosts were super accommodating with how they stocked the space: from the assortment of Keurig pods and water, to the multiple varieties of shower products. It truly felt like a home away from home. You can tell they put a lot of thought into each space and how guests might want to use it. It has literally everything you need - super inviting and so comfortable.

Only thing I found odd, was I was unable to locate a thermostat control as the space was well air conditioned, yet a little chilly for my taste. I was able to reach and close the vent directly over the bed that resolved the issue during my stay and opened the vent again upon departure.

Pleasant and quiet. Comfortable bed and spacious shower. Having a washer and dryer handy was great. Very convenient for the Denver tech area. Our host was good about responding to messages.

This space worked for us as we had one night in the area before flying out. The kitchen was not as well equipped as I had hoped. The patio and yard were not ready for use other than one small space. The location was good and Jacob was responsive with questions.

Easy access to apt. Great yard for dogs. Excellent communication with host. Upscale neighborhood with Cherry Creek State Park across the street. This is my second time staying there, and I hope to return and use the premises again next spring!

Jacob is a very gracious host. He even brought me a hair dryer when I couldn’t find one in the apartment. The fenced back yard was a great place to unwind and relax with our dogs after a long day of pre-op tests at UC Health.
