Plages de sable blanc Ă  quelques minutes! Des palmiers, des feuillages tropicaux, des chĂȘnes et une piscine entourent ce meublĂ© d'un Ă©tage, de quatre chambres Ă  coucher, idĂ©alement situĂ© dans un quartier chic.
 4 chambres 3 salles de bain, belle villa avec piscine privée. Air conditionné, internet wifi, télévision par cùble, barbecue à gaz. Peut accueillir jusqu'à 10 personnes selon le groupe (pas plus de 8 adultes).
Cette belle maison mesure 2800 pieds carrés. Carrelé avec des plafonds de volume. La porte d'entrée s'ouvre sur un hall spacieux. La grande salle dispose d'une télévision à écran plat.
La suite principale offre un canapé-lit supplémentaire pour un enfant, sa propre salle de bain, deux lavabos, une vanité spacieuse. De plus, cette chambre donne un accÚs direct à la piscine et au jacuzzi.
La cuisine est entiÚrement équipée et comprend des plats, de la verrerie et des ustensiles de cuisine
Il y a un garage pour deux voitures et une allée pour deux voitures, vous n'avez donc pas à vous soucier du stationnement dans la rue.

Everything was perfect! Home was lovely, location ideal, and host was very accommodating! 8 adults stayed at the home for a week following a family wedding. We enjoyed the pool and all being together for our extended vacation. We visited nearby Clearwater, Dunedin, Tarpon Springs, Honeymoon Island, and Caladesi Island. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay. The home was lovely. Our host Diana was so nice. The pool and home are so nice. Our sincere thanks. Very clean. And had everything we needed.

Property was nice, host was excellent. We did have a problem with the refrigerator/freezer. A new compressor had to be ordered. Although we had food to ruin and couldn’t have cold drinks, it was a good stay.

Spacious, comfortable home!

We had a great stay over Christmas! This home is very spacious (pics don’t do it justice) and comfortable. We opted to have the pool heated and enjoyed it throughout our visit. Diana was super responsive and accommodating. We’ll definitely stay here again.

This the perfect rental for a family getaway. The bedrooms, kitchen, and bathrooms accommodated our family. The pool was a big hit for our grandchildren. Much of our time was spent in and around the pool..

Family Vacation

Spent a week here in Palm Harbor with family. (9) and the home was everything I wanted out of a rental. Plenty of room, 4 bedrooms and a bath for each family. Great swimming pool to wash off the beach sand. Best of all was our host Diana who was very easy to work with and willing to do whatever was needed to make our stay enjoyable. This home is located in a safe and secure neighborhood near the beach, groceries and plenty of restaurants. I highly recommend this beautiful home for large families that need the space.

Very nice place for families or couples

We really enjoyed our stay at the house it is in a very quiet neighborhood. The house had all the conviences you could want pretty large house lots of room 3 bathrooms , one of them a master with a jacuzzi tub Master bedroom is on one side of house other 3 bedrooms on opposite side of house for great privacy Well maintained house Diana the manager is wonderful and will assist you with anything you need Loved the heated pool outside but please note the hot tub outside only stays at pool temperature Pool was very clean Really had a great time there would go again The house is located about a mile from groceries and cvs Did not eat in Palm Springs You are centrally located to other cities Tarpon Springs 15 mins Dunedin 15 min cute downtown and restaurants Clearwater beach 25 min St Petersburg 40 min

VERY DISAPPOINTED IN PROPERTY

SAFETY - no pool railings, MB floor slippery, cooktop dangerous CLEANINESS- pool area musty, broken concrete, grounds messy broken blinds - so much more - 2 senior adults for 5 weeks, family w/ 3 respectful teens for 5 days- house has been abused and not cared for- we left 5 days early than paid for

Not What We Expected

The home is in a fabulous neighborhood. It is not close to Tampa, at least a 40 minute drive without traffic- we went to Berns. The pool was fabulous, jacuzzi not so great. Lots of things were not working. Beds were ok, nothing has been updated, so windows were old as were sliders (lots of them). So to keep cool, really needed to keep curtains closed. Extremely large patio partly covered, but the mildew smell in that area was quite strong. Pool deck could use good cleaning. Large gas grill that was clean and burned quite hot. Master shower had no hot water, sink had lukewarm and bathroom jacuzzi as well as other two showers had extremely hot water. One outdoor hose was inoperable and the washer did not clean at all. The pool area was nice, the neighbors were nice and it was quite outside. TV in master very old and limited channels. Shower in room off kitchen was stopped up, and the water ran out of faucet and shower head. We had a hiccup with a repair to kitchen sink faucet. It took better part of the day. We did get some extra time to compensate. The cleaning was weak, but not horrible. The host did respond. It just could really use some updating as so Many things did not work real well. But we enjoyed that pool area, and Dunedin and Clearwater were nice to visit.

Tolles Haus mit leichten MĂ€ngeln

Das Haus ist prima, allerdings in einigen Bereichen etwas in die Jahre gekommen (TĂŒren, Poolbereich) Voll ausgestattet, alles da was man braucht. Bei Problemen wird umgehend geholfen.

Great Home for a Family

This is a great house for an extended family. The children enjoyed the pool every day we were there. The older members were able to prepare meals. There were plenty of places to sit and eat. The adults had their own room while the children slept in the bedroom where the twin beds were found.

Great place, Great value

From our professional, friendly check-in process to walking into the property, our experience was excellent. The property was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The patio and pool area were a family favorite for hanging out and spending time together. The kitchen area was ideal for cooking and became our general meeting area due to its open area. We look forward to coming back soon!
