NEW BEACHFRONT REMODEL! FAMILY-FRIENDLY!

Hi-Speed wifi! So you can still work, learn or play while enjoying the sound and view of the ocean from the second floor balcony. Our condo, Casa Que Pasa at the Island Retreat Condominiums, was built with all your friends' and families' (up to 8 adults + pack n play for 1 or 2 littles) needs in mind.

Always non-smoking and pet-free, the 3 bedrooms and 2 baths are arranged up to accommodate a couple or families, or 3 sets of friends and/or in-laws comfortably.

The feel of the interior is little Mexico, a lot of Austin and a touch of the Carribbean...CQP is both contemporary and timeless. We hope you enjoy our home away from home.

* Down-to-the-studs yet down-to-earth remodel completed May 2020 brings in natural wood, stone and metal elements to complement 10-foot ceilings and curved walls
* Fully-furnished with soft lines and hardwood this home was designed and decorated with the comfort and safety of our guests in mind - no hard edges for little ones
* Washer/dryer (electric) in unit for your convenience
* NEW Dedicated Hi-Speed internet!
* On-site management, local access to cart rentals, spa/massage and restaurants

* Beachfront off 11th street which is parallel to the beach and between beach access road 1-A and Avenue G, Casa Que Pasa is close to all main city arteries, straight shot to airport, downtown and ferry
* Walking distance to the Beach Lodge, oldest restaurant & bar on the beach (directly in the dunes directly in front of Island Retreat) cheeseburgers and tallboys on the walkable to Kody's on 11th with some of the best seafood and putt-putt on the island

Only had half a roll of TP in the guest restroom, but other than that everything was fantastic about this place. Great location from the beach and the size was very accommodating. The coffee that was there SAVED OUR LIVES! We had taken the creamer but no coffee! The pool was cle and check out was a breeeeeeze!an

Place was well stocked. Great location. Facility has pickleball courts for those interested in playing. Host was extremely helpful and timely in responding to needs. Would definately stay again.

Overall, our family vacation in Port A was good. We rented a golf cart and hit the town everyday. This location is in close proximity to the beach and town.Pros: The condo was stocked well with towels, pillows, and blankets. The pool is located steps away and is kept clean. Upon arrival the guys at the entry were helpful. Cons: The blender didn’t work well. There’s no knife in the kitchen and plastic containers to store items in the fridge. No biggie though. Thank you for sharing your place with us.

Host was very welcoming, this was a great condo, only thing we didn’t like was stairs. We are too old going up and down but would love to come back with our children and let them unload. It was very nice to have a starter of paper towels and supplies of toilet paper.

The beach was close to walk to and the pool was clean. We had a wonderful time. Jason was very pleasant and we felt safe at this condo.

Perfect Getaway!

This was booked for our anniversary trip and was perfect! The weather didn’t cooperate during our stay and we spent a lot of time in rental, it was great. Everything we needed in the kitchen, all rooms were comfortable, and great communication with owner. We will definitely stay here again! Thank you for sharing your place!

The space was clean, the AC works great and beach access is easy and private.

We enjoyed our stay with 3 bd rms and nice kitchen. Fantastic AC and views of the water. The kitchen needs more utensils, their is no cable and the couch is uncomfortable but that’s the only negatives in the entire place The outdoor grills are everywhere and water with hoses are available to clean off all your stufffrom the beach.

Casa Que Pasa is a contemporary take on the traditional beach condo... Natural elements of acacia, walnut, wicker, leather, mangowood, metal and quartz complement the minimal design intended to provide ample space to relax and unwind.

この宿泊施設の特徴

Natural elements: Most of the contents of the condo are solid wood, leather or metal. We did this to keep the pieces inside the home as close to those outside the home. We have also designed wall and furniture edges to be rounded/curved wherever possible for safety or our big and little guests. Interior walls are insulated against elements and sound.

Wired for comfort and pleasure: Each bedroom has a flat screen TV with DVD and the living room's 50" LED TV and Blu-Ray has streaming Netflix, Pandora, Hulu for viewing and listening pleasure.
