The mixed décor and location set this three-story Townhome apart from the others with bursts of bright colors and island themes while nestled in a quiet complex off of 11th St. This proximity is just a short 0.4 mile to the beach and 0.7 mile to shops, restaurants and nightlife, a great accommodation for a family vacation of fun in the sun by car and by golf cart. With a separate entrance from the main home, the private first-floor bedroom suite (BR1) is composed of a Queen bed, nightstand, chest for your beach attire and an ensuite bathroom with vanity and corner shower with glass enclosure. Enjoy access to the covered back patio for unwinding on a lounger or snacking at the picnic table after a day in the sun or use the propane grill or Cajun boiling pot for frying up the day's catch. The kids have room to run around the backyard as well (the yard is not fenced). The air-conditioned garage can serve as a party/gaming area with darts, a ping pong table, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, mini-fridge and other added amenities such as a baby gate, high chair, playpen, outdoor chairs, beach accessories, floaties, soccer ball and assorted board games. Golf Cart in picture is not for guest use. This is where the owners store it. This space is great to gather after dark or during rainy weather. There is parking for two vehicles and/ or a golf cart in the driveway at this home and overflow parking in this complex, even for boats. Venture up to the second level where the social heart of the home is located. The open and inviting living room is appointed with two couches (one folds out to a Full-size sleeper sofa), a matching armchair and plush pillows all made for relaxing and watching movies on the TV with cable and Wi-Fi. Prepare meals in the full kitchen furnished with sleek countertops, regular coffee maker, margarita machine, dishes, basic pots, pans and utensils. There is a sun deck off of the kitchen with umbrellas, lounger and high seating furniture. Gather together for dinner at the dining table with seating for six. There is a half bath on this floor for your convenience. Sip your morning coffee or cold beverage on the front or back covered balconies while taking in the ocean breeze or the news on the outdoor TV. There is a table and ample seating for outdoor meals as well as a TV. The third floor provides two bedrooms and bathrooms. At the top of the stairs is a washer and dryer inserted in the hall closet. The bunk room (BR2) consists of a Queen over Queen bunk bed, closets, ensuite bathroom with vanity and stand-alone shower. There is plenty of floor space for children to play games and stretch out. The master bedroom (BR3) is equipped with a King bed, nightstands, closet, chest, TV and coffee bar, beneficial for getting your coffee first thing in the morning and taking it out to the private, covered balcony to catch the sunrise, view of the beach or the news on the outdoor TV. The ensuite bathroom is outfitted with a vanity and shower. After a day at the beach, walk down to the shared pool to cool off, have a picnic under the cabana or use the shared grills for hot dogs. (The communal pool and bathhouse were redone in the Spring of 2021)
