Welcome to your ultimate getaway at Solara Resort! Enjoy your stay in our beautifully designed 5-bedroom, 4.5-bath luxury pool home, featuring Frozen and Dr. Seuss themed kids’ rooms. Located in the exclusive, gated Solara Resort—one of the most desirable communities in the Orlando area—our home offers 24-hour security, premium amenities, and a peaceful, upscale setting for a truly relaxing and memorable stay.
Maximum Number of Guests: The stated guest limit of 12 is a strict rule, not a guideline. Maximum occupancy is 12 individuals at all times—no exceptions. Exceeding this limit will result in immediate termination of the reservation, removal from the property, and forfeiture of all payments made.
Unregistered Guest(s) Fee: All guests must be registered at the time of reservation. Any unregistered guest will result in a mandatory fee of $150 per unregistered individual, per night, charged to the reservation holder. Failure to disclose all guests may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund, and potential additional penalties.
Smoking Fee: Smoking of any kind (cigarette, marijuana, vaping, e-cig, etc) will result in a $1500 smoking fee.
Other Details to Note:
Please, be aware here in Florida there is a lot of wildlife and insects. We have recurring pest control services performed at the home, but every once in a while something manages to make its way inside, especially if doors/windows are left open by current/past guests. There are no discounts or credits, if wildlife/insects decide to visit you during your stay. Thank you for understanding.
Guest Access:
Self-Check-in Process - Prior to your arrival, you will receive a Front Door digital access code. You will use this code throughout your stay.
You’ll have access to the entire home, including a private screened-in patio with your very own splash pool, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
The only exceptions are the locked downstairs bedroom closet and the locked storage cabinet in the upstairs bedroom, which are designated for owner storage. These areas are securely locked and not accessible to guests. We kindly ask that these spaces remain undisturbed, as any tampering or attempts to access them will result in fines and charges for any damages caused. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
How to Get in Touch With Your Host:
Please, don't hesitate to reach out via VRBO.
Please, note our hours of operation are 10am-6pm local time. If you message outside of that time we will respond back during our normal hours of operation.
For any emergencies requiring immediate assistance from police, fire, or medical services, please dial 911.
Resort Community Rules:
1. Littering is not permitted
2. No more than 3 cars per home will be allowed
3. Motorcycles, golf carts, utility vehicles, buses, RV's, trailers, boats, etc. are not permitted
4. Vehicles not allowed on the grass or the streets, Please use designated overflow parking lots
5. Trash pickup is every day. Any trash must be left on the porch inside of the brown bin. Please do not leave trash out on the grass, sidewalk or street
6. Noise levels should be kept to a minimum after 10pm in order to not disturb other guests
7. Management of the resort shall have the authority to enforce these rules and repeated violations could lead to removal from the resort.
8. These rules are subject to change from time to time by the management of the resort.
Weekly Maintenance Schedule:
Please be advised of the following regularly scheduled maintenance services, which are essential to keeping the property in optimal condition:
Mondays – Landscaping service
Tuesdays – Pool cleaning, typically between 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM (excluding the weeks of July 4th, Thanksgiving, and Christmas)
Daily – Trash collection occurs twice per day.
Important: Trash bags must not be left on the grass, sidewalk, or street at any time.
Please note: While every effort is made to maintain this schedule, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally result in services being performed on a different day or time.
Splash Pool: Most of the year, the water temperature is quite comfortable. However, there may be times when the water feels a bit cooler, as the splash pool is not heated.
