Spacious house especially upstairs with many bedrooms. Excellent backyard, gorgeous pool and hot tub, fun slide and grotto, cabana is well shaded. Kids playground was a nice surprise. Great stay for family with kids. Problems we encountered was poor response and communication from the hosts. To turn on the heat for the hot tub, turn on the slide and grotto/waterfall amenities you have to text the hosts. Day one we had good response. Day two multiple attempts to contact with no response via text and directly through VRBO. Hosts finally responded saying they were traveling and without cell service -- it would have been easy enough to let me know beforehand so that we could have made any requests knowing they would not be available for most of the day -- it was hard to explain to a four year old why the slide would not turn on all day. Breaker also tripped multiple times in the kitchen and microwave stopped working day three. Regardless, now knowing the limitations, our family would stay again as it is so close to other family members for future visits and nice to have a backyard pool and plenty of space upstairs to spread out.

Thank you for sharing your feedback! We’re so glad your family enjoyed the spacious home, pool, slide, grotto, and backyard amenities. It’s wonderful to hear that the home provided plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy their stay. We sincerely apologize for the communication delays during your visit. We were traveling internationally and experienced limited cell service, which unfortunately affected our response time. We understand how disappointing this was, especially for the little ones looking forward to enjoying the pool features. Your feedback is appreciated, and we’ll be making improvements to ensure better communication and coordination moving forward. Regarding the electrical interruptions, our local utility provider, SRP, was performing work in the area that temporarily affected some nearby homes. We were unaware of the issue until you brought it to our attention, and we’re glad the electrical issue was subsequently resolved. We will also be addressing the microwave concern. We truly appreciate your understanding and are happy to hear that you would consider staying with us again. We would love to welcome your family back for an even better experience next time. Thank you again for choosing our home!

I feel like this house was OK. However, they don’t utilize their space very well. The room in the front has like no space to use. The couches and the tables don’t even fit as many people as can sleep there. They have no coffee tables to set your coffee yet they have ginormous furniture pieces upstairs in the bedrooms. They should have bigger beds in the rooms and my older son did not love sleeping in a unicorn room. they should paint the walls to make it more neutral and inviting. It’s just very dated. There’s not enough pillows for the beds. I also think that it should be put out front that the pool and hot tub would not be heated. I asked for the hot tub to be on every morning and evening and a couple days in a row that was not done however, they did eventually turn it on remotely after our second message went out. Not a very good supply of coffee and I feel like that’s an easy thing to have some pods there for new arriving guest. They did bring toilet paper and set it by the door right away. But totally the cheapest kind you can get. The windows and windowsills were filthy dirty however I know there was rain for a couple days before we came in, but that doesn’t justify the casings on the inside. So maybe that should be addressed. I feel like there should be extra blankets and pillows and toilet paper on the regular without having to ask. The outside space is nicer than the inside. But know that you have to pay to heat up the pool if you’re not there during summer months

The location was perfect for what we needed. We liked that it was close to busier areas but also felt like its own space. We had a small issue with the fridge and freezer but we were able to communicate easily with the owners to get it resolved.
