Amazing 4BD Lodge w/ Hot Tub! Games + NEAR TOWN!

Thanks for the great review, Nancy! I'm so glad you enjoyed your stay at Moonlight Pines and found it clean and conveniently located. I take pride in providing a comfortable and welcoming space for my guests. You're always welcome back for another stay!

I'm delighted you enjoyed your family trip and found the location convenient for Dollywood and other activities! It's great to hear you liked the newly built cabin and comfortable beds. Thank you for your kind words, and I look forward to hosting you again, Kathy!

Thank you for sharing this feedback — I’m very sorry your stay was disrupted. Housekeeping failed to leave fresh towels as expected; replacements were delivered that night and we’ve addressed this with our cleaning team to prevent a repeat. An electrician was scheduled to check the upstairs lights, and during that inspection a safety-related electrical issue was identified that required the home to be vacated while repairs were arranged. Because same-day alternatives were limited, we issued a partial refund; I apologize we that could not do more to assist your family or communicate this better. The electrical work has been completed and we’ve reviewed our guest-assist procedures with the team so future guests aren’t put in this position.

Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback, Josh. I'm truly sorry to hear about the cleanliness and maintenance issues you experienced during your stay. I understand how disappointing this must have been, especially considering the price range. I want to acknowledge that we did offer a touch-up cleaning, but I understand you chose to handle it yourselves. I appreciate your efforts and patience in this situation. For future stays, please feel free to inform us of issues like the fridge or temperature control as we could have addressed these during your stay. Thank you for considering staying with us again despite these issues. We hope to provide you with a much better experience in the future.
