Lovely Farmhouse with beautiful views, hot tub and fire pit

Near the Great Smoky Mountains National park, close to Townsend, Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg this completely remodeled farmhouse has beautiful views looking down the valley and of the adjacent mountains.

Relax in the hot tub to watch the sunset after a long day in the park or on a river adventure. Sit outside around the firepit and watch the fireflies.

Bordered by a small seasonal stream, there is a grove of fruit trees and as well as lots of space for frisbee or playing catch. We love this house because of the wrap around porch, beautiful sunrises and sunsets and the very quiet farming area, with rooster calls and cows mooing. Fireflies rise up on summer nights in the huge open fields behind the house.

There are two bedrooms and two baths downstairs, two bedrooms and one bath upstairs in a converted attic that are cozy and not sized for people over 7' tall.

We absolutely LOVED this farmhouse! We have nothing but great things to say! Very clean, welcoming, perfect location, beautiful views, spacious home, well stocked kitchen, and more!! We had a girls trip and the house was perfect for us! We all had our own bedroom and bath! We enjoyed playing games around the large kitchen farm table, watching football games in the comfy living room, drinking our coffee (and Diet Pepsi) on the porches, watching all the wildlife enjoy the property, and listening to the sounds of nature! The location is perfect! Short and easy drives to all the attractions! Beautiful views but flat land! Very peaceful! We enjoyed watching mama bears with their sweet bear cubs playing and eating in the open land areas around the home, deer grazing, and flocks of turkeys! As well as the humming birds, butterflies and bees in the beautiful flower garden! As people passed by the home, everyone drove slow and was sure to wave at us if we were outside! Very friendly and safe place! Host is amazing! Communicated with us before, during and after our stay to make sure we had a great time and had everything we needed! We will definitely be back!!

Great communication. Owners were more than accommodating. House was beautiful with lots of room to spread out. Jacuzzi was a big plus. Location was perfect. Far away from all the hustle and bustle of the city. Would most definitely stay again. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

My family really enjoyed our stay at the farmhouse. The home is well maintained and clean with all of the essentials. The views from the porch are wonderful. Unfortunately, we didn't see any bears during our stay. There were deer, a groundhog, and bunnies visiting frequently.Our only issue, that really didn't impact our stay much, is the way some of the plants were growing up the porch rails and causing more bees & wasps to also enjoy being there. The hosts are responsive and helpful.

We had an absolutely wonderful time. The farmhouse was so clean and spacious for our family of 5. The yard was huge for our kids to play and roam freely. Proximity to all the activities in town was super convenient. Communication with our hosts was easy and they were very attentive. We would love to come stay again!

Very responsive and kind host. Beautiful home, beautiful view. Perfect for larger families. The pool that we had access to was beautiful and the cafe there was wonderful. We will be back, our family has fallen in love with this home.

Spaceous and clean farm house

We stayed there for the spring break and were very happy with this rental house. Pros: 1. The house was clean and additional cleaning supplies were in stock.2. Well equipped kitchen with a number of devices. I'd like to mention that the pots and devices like air fryer were like new. 3. Air hockey, other toys, high chair, extra baby bed made our stay with 4 kids more pleasant. 4. Great location, close to Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge. At the same time there are serene fields with black cows next to the house, as well as forest with the trails. Potential cons:1. When we stayed the weather was pleasant. I suspect that the second floor bedrooms may be hot in summer. 2. During our stay a neighbor was riding his bike for several hours a day on the road that is next to this rental house. Not sure if he was just testing his bike or if it's his hobby.

Family Vaca

If you have kids and want a place for them to explore. This is the rental for you! The kids had a blast exploring the property, playing air hockey and relaxing in the hot tub. The farmhouse had plenty of room for us all to spread out. My favorite part was the big farmhouse table where we enjoyed our meals. The beds were comfortable as well. Joe and Patty were great at responding quickly when we had any questions.

Dollywood Trip

This farm house was perfect for our family. We took our kids to Dollywood for the first time and this was a perfect location for us to stay. Loved how quiet and peaceful the area is. Views were beautiful! We as a whole family enjoyed hanging outside soaking in the beautiful weather. We passed up going into town to eat and just grilled out because it was so nice where we were. They have a kids air hockey that my son loved to school everyone on! Great place! Thank you

Home Away from Home

So quiet and peaceful. The apple orchard was like walking back in time. Truly a farmhouse and the kind I want to go back to. Everything we needed with plenty of space for everyone so not piled on top of each other. Sunsets so nice. Can’t wait to come back!

Great Vacation

This property is not in the middle of town, which is perfect. Quick drive to Pigeon Forge, Townsend, and Gatlinburg. Very quiet area and the house fit my family perfectly. The kitchen had everything; pots and pans, plates, bowls, and plenty of silverware. We used the charcoal grill in the driveway, just needed some aluminum foil to cover the grates. Owner was very responsive to text and calls.

Beautiful place to stay!!

The place is perfect for family getaway! We had eight people stay here and it was extremely comfortable. The place is beautiful and nestled right in the middle of Wears Valley. It’s perfect if you want to experience the mountains, but not have to drive any treacherous roads to get to your place. I highly recommend This lovely farmhouse! We will be back.

Beautiful view; Excellent Communication

We loved our stay, and the hosts were helpful. The house was clean and nicely furnished. A big rain storm knocked down a tree across the driveway, and the hosts had it cleared right away. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets on the back porch and watching deer graze amongst the trees.

Fantastic Place to Stay

We stayed in the farmhouse for nearly 7 weeks. The owners, Patty & Joe, were very easy to work with and they clearly care about their guests and want to be sure they have a great experience. The house was spotless! It's also nice and big with a great layout. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes, silverware, pots & pans and just about anything you need to cook with. These were all of good quality too. The house is located right in Wears Valley on 3 acres and the views and the "feeling" was so peaceful you could just sit on the porch for hours enjoying it. I have no complaints whatsoever about this property and loved every minute of our stay. Thank you, Patty & Joe, for providing a great experience! You have a beautiful property!

The Sixty-Seventy pack

Everything was great, very clean and had a wonderful stay. The only drawback was the mattress on our beds was firm and we all would rather have it be softer on our old bones. :) otherwise it was great! It's a beautiful area!

We have an annual reunion in the Smokies and the group has expanded causing us to need more space. The Farmhouse was perfect. We had plenty of room, the house and the property were beautiful and the owners were great to work with.

The Smith’s

Our farm house was in Sevierville, Tennessee was perfect. It had everything you could possibly need for young & old. The view from the balcony was beautiful, complete with a Doe and fawn grazing below. The owner of the property is very sweet and ready to help in anyway needed. It’s really nice to know you have instant connection with the owners incase something is wrong. We highly recommend this farm house. It’s even handicap accessible if needed.

Great family-friendly farmhouse.

This is our second stay at the farmhouse! The kitchen is very well equipped We appreciate all the amenities and kid-friendly toys and environment. The large, flat yard is a big plus.

Lovely Tennesee Farm

This is an amazing TN country home! Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The owners Joe and Patty were super easy to work with and very responsive. We had no troubles. The pictures listed are accurate. The house is clean, well stocked and comfortable. The views are stunning and the wildlife abundant! We saw deer eating apples from the trees in the back yard and a mature black bear in the front yard! Loved watching dawn and sunset from the hot tub and back deck. We will definitely stay here again! It is just a short distance to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.
