IN ORDER TO MAINTAIN AFFILLIATION WITH THE RITZ CARLTON MARRIOT INTERNATIONAL BRAND, THERE WILL BE RENOVATION OF THE UPPER POOL AND SURROUNDING AREA LANDSCAPE NOW AND POSSIBLY THROUGH LATE SUMMER/EARLY FALL 2026. WE DO NOT HAVE ANY INFORMATION AS TO SCHEDULE OR PROCESS OF WORK.
THE LOWER POOL WILL REMAIN OPEN ALONG WITH POOLSIDE RESTAURANT SERVICE

Three bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms, Resort condominium at the Ritz Carlton Residences on Singer Island Palm Beach, Florida. Every room has a view of the Ocean or Inter-coastal. This Unit is fully equipped with WIFI, smart internet televisions with cable in every room. The interior is designed by SEED DESIGN, a high end luxury design firm based in New York City and Palm Beach. The unit features three bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Unit will sleep 6 - (Four adults and two children or similar)There are two bedrooms with king sized beds and one bedroom with 2 twin sized beds. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and utensils.
