We had a wonderful time at this place.It was very cozy like advertised and well placed to get up to all sorts of things in the centeral eastern part of Wisconsin.The hosts were very kind and understanding as well.

This was a great stay for a family visit. It was central to all of our family in the Manitowoc and surrounding area. The home was well kept and very clean. The host was welcoming and responsive. Walkable to coffee shops, bookstore, and Lake Shore. Would definitely return again!

This was the best property we've ever had the pleasure to stay at in our several years of renting 'homes away from homes'. Although we never met Terri in person, I could tell she is the kind of host who really cares about her guests. The apartment was clean, well-appointed with every type of convenience, and thoughtfully arranged. The wood floors looked as if they were brand new and the area carpeting was in perfect condition. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of extra blankets and comforters available. The neighborhood was very nice with a bookstore just a half-block away and Manitowoc's best bakery-Hartman's- just a ten minute walk. I could go on but I'm probably running out of space. We are already talking about a possible stay there in July of next year. Thanks, Terri and all the Behnke family.

We had a great stay in Terri’s home. The house was clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked, and the house is centrally located. We especially loved that the bedrooms had room darkening shades as sunrise comes very early in the summer. There were a few things I needed to reach out to Terri for, and she was very responsive. Definitely appreciated the quick communication. I didn’t see it mentioned in the listing, but this is not a “whole home”. It is a lower unit apartment. The upstairs tenant was fairly quiet, but with our two young kids I was a bit worried that we were being too loud. We visit Manitowoc yearly and would stay again if the opportunity arises.

Lower unit 2 bedrooms

Cute and homey 2 bedroom in a quiet neighborhood, and not far from the lake and the Maritime museum. I would definitely stay at this location on future visits.

A lovely home in a very nice neighborhood. Well maintained and very clean. The house had all the little details we appreciate - a make-up mirror, bottled water to drink, comfortable beds. We appreciated this home and the friendly hosts. Hope we can stay here again sometime.

I couldn’t have asked for a more comfortable stay! I stayed for a week, in early January when outside temperature was in the single digits. The place was well insulated, heated up quickly and made for a cozy and warm stay. Instructions re entry, laundry, trash, etc very clear and concise. The rooms were extremely pleasant, everything was just wonderful, I wish I could have stayed longer! The bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable as well, which says a lot since I gave back issues. I would stay here again if ever I travel through the area again!

Perfect Stay

My husband and his friend stayed here for 8 days while they did some remodeling on a home we recently purchased in Two Rivers. They loved the place, everything was clean and everything they needed was there. Location was perfect for groceries and dining out. They both said that they would recommend this home to anyone staying in the area.

Cozy and a great location

Just spent a long weekend here. The place was comfortable and clean. Loved the personal touches to make it feel homey. The thoughtfulness of having powercords available for your electronics, family games and toiletries was a nice extra to have. Would definitely stay here again if I am in the area.

In town for the Packer game.

This was a perfect place to stay, and wonderful family experience. It is a great alternative when comming to a Packer game. You get all the comforts of home at an affordable price. I will be staying here again. IT IS PERFECT.

The criteria I use for reviews: accurate description, cleanliness, well stock, check in, and most important was the host available to problem solved.Terri has a talent for staging and decorating right down to season place mats.She was immediately available to address my concerns. The property was a lower apartment in the building. I heard minimal noise from upstairs however. The access was easy off street parking. Very clean and comfortable. All your needs are met overall.

Gigging at the Sand Festival

First time in Manitowoc. Won't be the last. Had a wonderful time and this house was close to everything we had to do and yet far enough to be in a quiet neighborhood setting. Book Store around the corner and Bakery down the street. Live music all around town. Couldn't have asked for more. Jack
