Location, location, location! Not only is it close to the beach and Downtown Atlantic Ave but it is also walking distance to hopping restaurants, groceries galore; whole foods Publix target Walmart trader joes, dunking donuts, Starbucks, nail salons, etc. Fenced in private backyard. Safe neighborhood on quiet street. Beautiful deck to lounge on and a fire pit! The house is so comfortable. All new appliances.
