The apartment is located in the second floor of a 2 story house and features 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, central AC, fireplace, WI-FI, washer & dryer in unit, hardwood floors, working fireplace, etc. It is fully renovated and it can accommodate comfortably 6 people. It features classical New England woodwork : take a look at photos as they speak for themselves. Commute to Copley Sq via commuter rail (should you chose to not drive through beautiful Jamaica/Riverway along Jamaica Pond) is a clean 15 minute ride door to door : to South Station (the financial district & waterfront) a 17 minute ride.

Distance to Boston College a 15 minute drive city streets, through Brookline. Northeastern University, New England Conservatory, Boston Conservatory & all other Fenway schools a 13 minute commuter rail ride (Ruggles stop on commuter rail route).

This property is a gem. The house and all amenities are perfect for family stay. The location is key for being close to downtown without having to stay downtown.
Good, clean accommodations. The house was as described. Parking was convenient. This is a great choice if you intend to travel around in a car. There are a lot of good eating places around. Starbuck is a 5mins walk. The wifi details were incorrect in the welcome email, however we got the details the next day. The kitchen was well stocked. All in all a good experience.
West Roxbury was our home base while we visited for a football game at Boston College. We loved the home, the neighborhood and the excellent experience with Irida. Thank you for sharing your home with us!
The property provided us with a lovely experience of the outskirts of Boston. Getting to and from the city from Roxbury was so easy, as was getting to and from Foxborough for the Steelers vs. Patriots game that we made this trip for. We would highly recommend this property to others that are planning to visit the Boston area in the future!
Perfect place for our overnight in Boston. The apartment is exactly as advertised, spacious and clean. Available parking is a huge advantage. Convenient to coffee and restaurants, and the owner is very responsive and accommodating. Hope to stay there again.
