Use of private covered boat dock is included-bring your own boat or rent one nearby and use the swim ladder to enjoy a quiet swimming area. You’re 5 miles away from Oaklawn, downtown Hot Springs, excellent restaurants, beautiful parks and historic sites. Brand new hot tub on back deck. Whether in Hot Springs for business or pleasure, this is THE perfect location and oasis!!!

Covered parking for 2 cars with room additional cars.
There is no guest access to the garage or storage shed. Guest are welcome to use all closets in the home with exception of owners closet.
