Clean and comfortable. The king bed was so comfortable. Loved sitting on porch with coffee and reading my Bible- the view is amazing!!

Relaxing and great views

My family and I stayed at this condo top floor(penthouse). We walked in and immediately were amazed at the view of Table Rock Lake! The condo was spacious, clean, and had a well stocked kitchen. Restaurant close by and Indian Point Marina right up the road. I had a couple questions and they were answered very quickly. We will be staying here again. Lots of memories made. We even utilized the itrip special savings on local tickets. Thank you!

Great place!

Very nicely furnished, newly remodeled, nice office area able to work remotely. Great view and outdoor furniture. It 100% met our needs plus more. We would buy the place if it were for sell and was the right time. It’s just that great!!

Perfect stay

The condo was beautiful! Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space. Lake view was amazing! I almost slept outside on the deck sofa one night, but the weather was a bit too cold! I definitely would love to wake up to that view! Thanks for being a great host!

Beautiful Property

The condo was very well taken care. Very clean and all the little extras were great. Absolutely loved the view. Located right next to SDC. I highly recommend this cute condo and we will definitely be back!

Great place for a family get-away!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was better than expected. One of the best views of Table Rock Lake in the area from a nice large deck. Condo was clean, beautifully decorated and well equipped with everything we needed for our family group. We are hopeful to return again next year.

nice couple of problems

the electric grill was not clean and in pieces. Not enough bath towels. no wash rags in kitchen. some stains on carpet. Needs blankets available. Ice dispenser broken but it still made ice. Overall nice place.

Overall really enjoyed the condo - very spacious - wonderful kitchen area - amazing sunset view

Only feedback I would provide to make it even better: 1. There were not enough towels for everyone so I would suggest more towels 2. The TV in the main room - the cable did. It work for the entire visit. So needs to be looked at. 3. In the Master closet by the desk there was what looked like a hole in ceiling (like attic space) where it was open and trim had fallen to the floor. 4. The sliding door to the patio was catching a little bit when you open it so you just had to be careful and sometimes it wouldn’t open. All in all - would definitely stay in this unit again

Fantastic Stay

Fabulous updated condo with a beautiful view. We have rented quite a few condos on Indian Point over the years, and this is definitely one of my favorites. Plenty of space, great kitchen, and most importantly to me...a lovely patio with comfortable furniture to enjoy the view of the lake. The condo also has easy water access, a definite bonus. We only had one small issue with the drains in the bathroom and Paul was super quick to respond and fix it. The free tickets were another added bonus. We utilized several of them, including Silver Dollar City. Dealing with the ticket company was very easy and saved us a good chunk of money. Thank you for that perk. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and we look forward to coming back.

Great property with great location.

One of the nicest condos we've ever stayed in. Only hiccups were that some of the beds weren't completely made, and bath towels had been hung up damp when we first arrived. Absolutely would stay here again! Highly recommend this property.

Nice yet a couple of inconveniences for us

We had six adults stay in the unit. It was nice and clean, but unfortunately we only found four washcloths in the entire unit for two nights stay, with 2 in each bathroom. There were plenty of towels, but not washcloths. For six folks and two nights, 8-10 was what we expected to find. Also based on the description of the couch we thought we had a pull out bed in the gathering room, but it was not a pull out. One person slept on a couch and not a bed, which was not the best scenario, and we chose this unit because we thought it had this bed. We needed it. All in all, no complaints, but it really didn't fit our needs as a family.

Great for families

We loved that this property had plenty of room for a family. The view was beautiful. We also enjoyed having TVs with cable in each bedroom for us to wind down from a busy day in Branson. Tip: Key code may contain a # symbol. We panicked a little when it didn't work at first and the host's voicemail was full. The full voicemail is the reason for the 4 stars on host communication. But otherwise we got check-in information in plenty of time.
