コンドミニアムは新しく改装され、アーチ型の天井、スパバスルーム付きのマスタースイート、花崗岩のカウンタートップ、新しい電化製品、洗濯機と乾燥機、グリル付きのプライベートバルコニー、テーブルロックレイクの素晴らしい景色が特徴です。 広葉樹とタイルのフローリングが全体に飾られ、財布のように目を楽しませてくれます。

各ベッドルームには、キングサイズのベッドと32インチ以上のHDTVが備わっています。 リビングルームには、革張りの家具と8人用のダイニングテーブルがあります。

シーツからタオル、家電製品まですべてが提供され、ストレスのない休暇をお約束します。 必要なのは食べ物だけです。

Loved Family Vacation

We absolutely loved this vacation. So much that we are considering buying a lake property so we can go boating often. Branson has so much to offer, we did not get to do everything we wanted. This condo is spacious, well maintained, clean, and perfect for a family. The kitchen is beautiful. Owners suite is incredible. We loved sitting out on the deck overlooking the lake reading the Bible and spending time with God. It’s beautiful. The pool was perfect. Just loved this trip. Thank you!

Overall very clean and spacious.

Beautiful view. Could use an umbrella or blinds on the porch. Small pool but very close. Loved The Lake House restaurant next door. Very close to the marina.

Condo on Indian Point is awesome!

The property manager was very responsive. The listing was accurate. The pool was clean and very close by. A short walk to the shoreline for lake access. Super close to the best little corner store and boat launch access. The condo was well equipped to help you enjoy your stay. Very comfortable bedding and furniture. All items worked well. The condo came adequately stocked with trashbags, dishwasher pods, toilet tissue, and paper towels. All of the things that you sometimes cause you to have to run back to the store. Plenty of cooking supplies, kitchen appliances, and a good coffee maker. Recommendations for those booking: -Bring a hair dryer-they didn’t claim to provide one, but I forgot mine, thinking about normal hotel accommodations. -the electric grill was replaced and upgraded with patio furniture. The other grill by the pool is tiny but useable. -call ahead and make arrangements for boat/trailer parking. The property owner has a very reasonable connection with the corner store folks. -bring additional cups & drinkware (this was the only shortage of supplies we noticed) -don’t forget storable/disposable food storage if you plan for lake days or need to store leftovers. -there are plenty of bakeware and cooking supplies. -follow the recommendations on the booking confirmation on use of facilities and all we be perfect!

Beautiful Condo & Lake View

Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath, top floor (3 story building) corner unit with gorgeous view of lake coming out of Indian Point. Nice furniture and beds, with large well equipped kitchen. Large master bedroom with nice master bathroom with open walk In shower with rain/ waterfall shower head. Loved it. Hated to leave.

Great stay!

Very spacious, comfortable, clean condo with even more amazing view than pictures show! Well supplied with everything we needed to make meals. So close to Silver Dollar City and so scenic and relaxing to drive home each day. Wish we could’ve extended our vacation it was so nice! Loved it.

Quiet, Beautiful View

The house was better than the pictures. Our family had plenty of room. The house was clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable. The location to the lake and Branson shows were great.

awesome view - great location

We loved our stay and had such a great time. The owner was very responsive to our questions. Great location. So close to everything, and Tablerock Lake is absolutely beautiful. The view from the deck was awesome. Having the pool literally at the base of the building was uber convenient and rivaled having our own private pool. It was the cherry on the cupcake.

Thanksgiving Get Away!

This condo is wonderfully located on the lake, the views are magnificent we had several deer right below the balcony every morning! The bedrooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. An added bonus was it was stocked with plenty of paper towels, hand soap and tissue; you usually don't get that with condo rentals so that was a pleasant surprise! I spoke to the owner on two different occasions due to me not getting the correct dates booked and he was so nice to talk with and added my day within 24 hours! Only two issues we had was the common bathroom door didn't lock and when you have a 2yr old that has learned how to open doors it makes it a sometimes candid camera moment...hahahahaha And we seemed to not have a lot of hot water in the master bathroom shower, but it wasn't anything we couldn't work around. Overall I give it a 5 star rating and we will look forward to staying again!!

Lovely / Unexpected Rules

The property is lovely and the location is perfect. Our only concern was the long list of extra rules and fees associated with breaking those rules that arrived in the email that gave us the door code. For instance, needing to uncover and cover the patio furniture every time you used it. This required rearranging the furniture each time for the large cover to fit over all of it, so we only used the patio once as it was too difficult to do for one person. Another hefty fee was for moving any furniture, but you have to move furniture to use the sofa bed or uncover and use the patio furniture. Other examples included not loading too much food into the refrigerator at one time or leaving windows open. The fees were significant and those charges stated they where above what would be paid by the insurance they required you take out to reserve the unit. There was also an earlier check out time posted in the unit than what was in the email/contract, but the owner responded to a text saying to go by our reservation. The extra rules and potential fees made us very nervous, and we felt the need to report any damage we saw just in case we where blamed. This included the common bathroom door that would not lock. All that being said, the owner was responsive to our questions about these rules, and we enjoyed the unit. It is very comfortable. Bar soap only is provided. There is one puzzle available. We did not find blankets for the bed or to use to cuddle with on the couch other than the comforters. TV in the living room does not have a DVD or Blue ray player, but main bedroom does. Kitchen was well stocked with good cookware and decent appliances. Salt and pepper were the only provided condiments.

Condo was clean and in a great location. Has two Restaurant’s, convenience store & Silver Dollar City within minutes. Perfect for traveling with a little one and planning around naps!

Nice Condo

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It has a beautiful view of the lake and the area was very quiet and peaceful. The condo is exactly like you see it, very clean, spacious, and nice.

Very spacious with an awesome view

We had an amazing time during our stay. The condo is extremely spacious with lots of room for large families. All three bedrooms had very comfortable beds and we’re very accommodating. The kitchen is fully stocked and has everything you can imagine you would need to prepare any type of meal. The balcony is awesome. Being on the third floor it gives you a really good view of the lake which is just a very short walk. The furniture on the balcony was a really nice surprise and provides a very comfortable setting to enjoy the views. The location is perfect for those that want to go to Silverdollar city or even to Whitewater or to the main strip.

Pictures showed a grill but no grill was there, I rewashed sheets because they were very wrinkled and I didn't think they looked clean, everything else was great. Wonderful location!

Beautiful Views of the Lake

Condo is larger than appears in the photos. The lake views from the condo are beautiful!! You can even walk down to the lake and swim if you like. Very large kitchen and plenty of room for 6 adults. We will stay here again.

Great Spring Break!

This is the perfect place to enjoy Silver Dollar City! You stay out of the traffic jam but have quick access to everything Branson has to offer. Right on the lake so the view is amazing. The owner was VERY responsive and helpful!

The first thing that jumped out at me was the overall size of the condo. When compared to virtually every other condo in Branson and especially Indian Point - these condos just dwarf the rest. 1800 square feet with large living rooms and kitchens. The location being right on the waters edge made it an even easier choice for us. Everything from the marina's location to the level ground (very hard to find that in Branson) made this such a great buy for us. Additional appeal was the HUGE lakeview that comes with this condo. As it is a top floor unit, everything you see is a treetop view. The kitchen came standard with granite countertop, tile and hardwood flooring throughout and 2 large bathrooms. The pool literally is right next to our building and that sealed the deal for us.

If Silver Dollar City, jet skiing, fishing, cliff diving, and boating are your thing - you will be hard pressed to find a more ideally located condo in Southwest Missouri, much less Indian Point than this one. When you throw in all the amenities that come stacked from floor to ceiling, our price can't be beat.
