Este lugar es increíble. Cuando llegué a este lugar que yo quería la mejor ubicación, no hay vecinos en la misma planta, mucho espacio, bonito acabados y espacio al aire libre. Yo quería todo y lo tengo. Vamos a cubrir estos uno por uno.

La ubicación no puede ser mejor. Estamos justo al lado de Columbus Circle. Eso significa que usted puede conseguir un viaje en tren rápido a cualquier punto de la ciudad en menos de 20 minutos. Dicho esto, no será necesario un tren para mantenerse ocupada ya que está justo al lado de Central Park! Se puede caminar a Times Square en menos de 10 minutos. Su una dirección Midtown para usted los viajeros de negocios y compradores. Para los amantes de la cocina, la cocina del infierno está ahí. Para los amantes de los museos, estamos justo al lado del centro de Lincoln y el Upper West Side de llegar al Museo de Historia Natural y más.

No hay vecinos. Este apartamento es toda la planta del edificio. No hay nadie más. A continuación se trata de una oficina para que usted no tiene que preocuparse de mantener a nadie por la noche y no hay nadie allí a todos los fines de semana.

El espacio es precioso y enorme. Esta es una unidad completamente renovado, terminado en 2015. Teníamos toda la planta eviscerado y reconstruido. Muchos en esta ciudad la llaman sus 2 camas, 3 camas. Esta es una de 3 dormitorios real. Los 3 dormitorios son muy grandes para los estándares de Nueva York. El salón es muy amplio. Incluso los baños son enormes! Tiene alrededor de 1.700 pies cuadrados o 188 metros cuadrados.

Los acabados son de primera línea. Electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, muebles de marca hermosa (Pottery Barn y La-Z-Boy largo), toda su sido considerados. Cada habitación tiene una cama de matrimonio, pero también hay un sofá cama y dos sillas que se convierten en camas que significa que hay 6 camas en total. La electrónica es todo tan bonito como es de esperar en un lugar como este. Yo me quedo aquí con mi familia durante los veranos, así que no escatimar gastos.

El espacio al aire libre para los estándares de Nueva York es enorme. Tiene un patio! ¿Sabes lo raro que es eso? El patio tiene una mesa de comedor con capacidad para 6.

Este apartamento se encuentra en el 3er piso y es un walk-up. Eso significa 2 tramos de escaleras. Para que los europeos y los asiáticos, que es el segundo piso. Las escaleras no son un reto, pero lo que necesita saber acerca de ellos.

Cuando yo personalmente quedo en alquileres de vacaciones de la gente, siempre estoy decepcionado por la calidad de sus suministros. Usted no va a experimentar eso conmigo. Las fuentes de la cocina, los muebles, las toallas, todo es de primera clase. Incluso tenemos secador de pelo salón de calidad!

Aquí están algunas otras características interesantes que se destacan.
- Una de las duchas de baño es también una sala de vapor.
- Recientemente hemos gastado Cinco Mil Dólares en ventanas con cancelación de ruido. Dormirás como un bebé.
- Tenemos un Apple TV para que pueda transmitir NetFlix o usarlo para tener presentaciones en la reunión de su compañía.
- Las camas y la ropa de cama son de primera línea. Podrás descansar aquí.

Best Vacation Rental

The location is perfect. We book vacation rentals quite often and this one has been our best experience so far. The apartment size is large and suitable for families who want to stay in one space versus multiple hotel rooms. The apartment is well stocked with everything you need. The outside patio area was great!

Impressive apartment in a great location

Stayed for 9 nights at this wonderful apartment with my extended family of 7. Rick and his assistant Sheyla were very responsive to our needs and did everything to make us feel at home. Starting with plush white towels, well equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds, and the fastest internet I've ever seen. We had two issues that Rick and Sheyla addressed right away: One was with the hot water in the steam shower and the other with remodelling being done in the apartment above us. Both issues were worked around to our satisfaction. The location is superb, close to most everything we wanted to be near of. One word of advice is to pack light since you'll need to carry your bags two flights of stairs. We were very happy that we were allowed to keep the apartment until mid afternoon the day of our departure, since our flights were late in the day. In conclusion, would we recommend this apartment to friends and family? The answer is a resounding "yes"!

Great location but

The apartment is in a great location - very close to Columbus Circle - walking distance to lots of fun stuff. The furnishings need some help - there should be nightstands on both sides of the bed- there is plenty of room. The living room sofa and chair have caved in arms - and the area rug needs replacing. But the beds and sheets were great - very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. Our huge disappointment was not being able to use the exterior balcony. I specifically chose this unit because of that space. Apparently, there had been some leaks and the space was covered in brown tarps, and unusable. Obviously it had been that way for months but I was never informed by the owner- if I had been, I’d have canceled my reservation. After several texts with the owner, he refunded me a small amount per day, but that no way made up for the issue. He should have informed all his future guests of the problem, so they would have a choice wether to rent it or not -honestly, without the balcony it was not worth what he was renting it for. If renting this property, I’d first confirm that the outdoor space is usable.

Incredible NYC apartment

This is one of the few New York properties that lives up to the hype. In a crowded city this apartment has spacious rooms with tall ceilings. Non-New Yorkers will find the kitchen small'ish but it is well stocked and had plenty of room to make a family meal. Double windows on the street side make city noise all but disappear. The outdoor deck on the back feels like a secret nook, with plenty of space to share a meal or a drink. Everything was spotless. As for the neighborhood, we couldn't have been happier. The Columbus Circle subway stop was at the end of the block and took us anywhere in NYC we wanted to go. Central Park was two short blocks away, easy for a stroll in the park or a good, healthy run. Times Square and the Broadway theaters were all within walking distance. We especially liked finding a restaurant on 9th avenue and never had to eat at the same place twice. The owners and property managers were super easy to work with and very responsive. I really can't say enough about this place!

Our experience with securing the property from start to finish was excellent. Rick responded to any questions we had quickly and was very easy to work with. The apartment itself, is represented just as photos depicted. It’s a large, quiet and comfortable. The patio was a space we enjoyed as a family for some dinners and cocktails. The bedding /bath mats need to be renewed but the beds were very comfortable with plenty of bath towels. It’s a very easy and quick walk to Central Park which is how we started every day!

Wonderful stay!

Perfect location just blocks from Central Park. An easy walk to the theaters and two nearby subway stops to get you anywhere else you need. Clean, comfortable furnishings and beds. Nice kitchen and a nearby Whole Foods if you want provisions. Very quiet apartment with no street noise! The property manager was easily reached and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

There were some very strong positives and some major negatives. Positives: 1) The location couldn't have been better. We were a close walk to Central Park, the theater district, Hell’s Kitchen, Lincoln Center. The subway at Columbus Circle is about a block away. Getting around was easy. 2) It was quiet, no street noise and our room was above 57th St. You could tell the windows were re-done to keep it quiet. 3) It was spacious. There were 6 of us and it was not cramped and we all had our privacy. 4) The outside patio was a plus and also quiet. 5) The beds were comfortable, the sheets were soft and good quality. 6) Communication via text with the property manager was prompt. The negatives: 1) There were issues with plumbing. There are two toilets that are battery operated for flushing and they both went out. They require a special battery and one of the toilets was operational the same day. Later that same day, the other toilet battery failed but it took two more days to get replaced. Meanwhile, we were flushing the toilet by removing the toilet tank lid, reaching in to the water to pull the chain up to get it to flush during those two days. I’d suggest having replacement batteries on hand since they are not easily obtained or just switch out to a normal toilet flush. 2) In addition to the toilet issues, the entire building lost hot water for one of the days we were there. Cold showers were not popular. 3) One of the showers is a steam room, none of us could get it to work. There were no instructions around. 4) We had arranged an earlier check in by about 90 minutes with an assurance that the property would be ready. There had been a scheduling mishap with the cleaning crew and they had yet to arrive after the check in time of 4:00. The property was ready around 5:45. 5) We’re not sure if this had to do with the cleaning crew but there were only 4 rolls of toilet paper when the crew came and when they left. It was not replenished and, instead, were re-allocated so that each bathroom had 2 rolls each. There were 6 people staying 6 nights. Some of the towels that were replaced by the cleaning crew were badly stained and not usable. There was only one hair dryer instead of one per bathroom. 6) The toaster would not work unless you put the setting to ‘defrost.’ Also, the stove top burners were noted that ‘low was high.’ Overall, we enjoyed our stay, had a great time, but didn’t expect the negatives to pile up as they did.

Perfect place for us!

This property was exactly as all previous great reviews have stated. It is an old 5 or 6 story building but don't let that scare you off. The apartment itself is very new and finely updated. There are the 2 flights of stairs but even with a knee replacement, hip replacements and pacemakers we still had no problem getting up there. The location is fabulous! It is so close to all your needs- subway for travel, Central Park for a stroll, restaurants, groceries, drugstore and even an urgent care (which we hope nobody needs). Once you enter the apartment you are met with a beautiful, clean and modern kitchen with high end appliances. It is small but we didn't come to cook a big meal! (although you could). You will need to buy pods for the Keurig unless you want cold press coffee. Read the WELCOME HOME brochure provided for tips on grocery stores. Morton's was amazing! Loved it! We each bought our own individual dinners from there one night. As we explored the apartment on our arrival we noticed that you cannot hear noise from the street even from the bedrooms overlooking it. Even the windows are new. The beds were very inviting. Linens are very clean and fresh and the beds were comfortable. There were such nice touches around like the pump bottles of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in each shower, instant hot water in the shower, floor to ceiling draperies that blocked light at night, Netflix on the TV (which came in handy one rainy cold afternoon). That was the day we realized we could hear children running around in the apartment overhead but that noise stopped by 11 PM. The french doors between the living room and main sleeping areas block the noise from the TV. The apartment was immaculate. The proof of this was that we walked in our stocking feet the whole time and our socks remained clean! (There are a couple of small stains on the carpets that need attention as they give a false first impression and furniture arrangement does not allow for comfortable TV viewing for 4). It is obvious that Rick has put a lot of time and money and thoughtful consideration into this apartment. I wanted to take the bathrooms home with me. Rick and Alexis are readily available to respond to questions via text. We pestered Alexis a lot the first day as we figured out the technology. Thank you for the attention you gave us. I can't say enough about this terrific 3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment. You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay here.

Pictures do not accurately depict the residence. Yes there are 3 bedrooms, a balcony , a galley kitchen, etc - but the walls have major painting issues - the rooms are smaller than they seem. There were a LOT of fruit flies in the showers. Had to take our luggage up 2-3 flights of stairs because there is no elevator. Overall, good location - 3 bedrooms - the listing agent is very organized and attentive - but for the cost, I would rather stay in a 2-3 bedroom suite hotel.

What a great find in the big apple! Everything was as stated in the description and in the photos. We loved having access to outside deck to enjoy a glass of wine in the afternoon. The bathrooms were absolutely beautiful and the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was very clean and organized. We will definitely be back!

I'm in the Internet Business as my day job. I've been doing it for about 20 years now.

I have a wife and two daughters and we all love to travel. The place we love the most is New York and I also come here a lot on business, so when I had an opportunity to get this place I jumped on it. I'm not in the real estate business. I just rent the contents out to help cover my cost.

As stated in my description, the size, style, location, etc are all just perfect. I looked at hundreds of places before finally landing on this one. I love this apartment and I know you will too.

Its very difficult to find a place this big and nice in this location for the price I'm offering. I'm sure if you have found this page and are looking at this listing, then you already know that's true.
