This place was perfect for our annual family trip to the city! Very close to the 6 train that will take you downtown in minutes. Very clean and had every amenity you could need. It was also the most quiet place I have stayed in the city. The host was extremely helpful with any questions we had. I would definitely recommend this place. We love the huge couch for sitting all of our family comfortably. We also loved the HUGE TV in the living room. Perfect stay! Thank you Gertrude. We had a wonderful trip!

We came into town for the weekend to see some Broadway shows and museums. The apartment is in a very safe place across from Central Park with many amenities nearby for coffee, food, etc. Commute into the city was never a problem although with traffic takes a bit longer than expected. Our host was wonderful and never more than an email or text away!

Our stay was wonderful- the apartment was just what we needed for a family of 6. Needed the extra space! Location just a few blocks from the subway was perfect. When we reached out, the owner was gr wast and responded within seconds. Highly recommend!

Beautiful apartment, nicely decorated and spacious, plenty for our family of 7. Very clean and had a fairly well stocked kitchen (no can opener though!) Excellent location close to Central Park and subway and bus stops. My only complaint is that parking available is street parking only and I’m still not sure what the deal was on the towncar. I had asked for more info when we booked and was promised more information on parking and using the town car, but it never was provided. That being said, there is safe free street parking nearby. However, for the price of the apartment I did expect a pre-paid structure spot.

This was advertised as a luxury apartment. It was not. There was dirt in the corners, peeling wallpaper, non-working microwave, spots on the wall.

Hi Sharon, When management was informed that the microwave wasn’t working, we immediately got in touch with you and delivered a smaller microwave to make sure you were comfortable because we truly care about our guests. You also confirmed that the microwave was received. There is no wallpaper peeling in the apartment, and I’ve never received any complaints about the corner being dirty you’re the first guest to mention that. Please know that we always care about our customers, which is why I sent someone to replace the towels and deliver the microwave as soon as possible. Best regards, Gertrudes!
