Beautiful, well-maintained condo in a great location. It was easy to get to the beach and everything else around town. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Excellent property. The furnishings and decor are excellent and above what we've seen at most other Vrbo properties. In the past we visited another condo in this development multiple years. Same floor plan but not nearly as nicely appointed.Patio is nicely kept and the gas grill is fairly new.Recommended!Mark C.

Great get a way

We really felt at home, other than a few minor snags this was a great place to spend our vacation to the outer banks. I only wish we had booked more nights!

Awesome and super clean home away from home!! This property was excellent and the amenities were outstanding. Everything looked brand new and the location was perfect if the beach is your destination!! The communication with your property manager was stellar. I highly recommend this property.

Beautiful stay

We stayed at Pelicans Nook for a brief spring break. It was absolutely wonderful and accommodating for our family. With close proximity to the beach, dining, and shopping it was the perfect location for our stay. The home itself is very well kept, spacious, and provided a comfortable atmosphere for our much needed getaway. We truly enjoyed it and would highly recommend.

Lovely home!

A great stay in Kitty Hawk! This home is beautifully decorated, very clean and has all household items you need! Great bathrooms off both bedrooms, a little patio and neighborhood even has a great pool to enjoy! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Fabulous

This was our second stay with them. Honestly, it went phenomenal! We had plenty of the “toiletries” needed and really enjoyed utilizing the kitchen more this time. Definitely a wonderful week.

We had a great time on our 4 day getaway with friends. This condo was amazing. It was exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated, had everything you would need and then some. You can tell the owners put much thought into items that make you feel like you are at home, while being on vacation. We had easy access to the host.It was centrally located to all the activities we planned while visiting the Outer Banks in NC.I loved their welcome book! It gave us great information about the area. We highly recommend this condo and will stay here again if we return.

Memorial Day

My family and I just got done staying here and have nothing but great things to say about our experience. The owners were very prompt with responses to questions we had. The entire process was organized and simple. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The pool which is located around the corner was equally as clean and appealing, and the beach was just a few minutes away. Would recommend and stay here again!

The hosts have meticulously thought of everything you will ever need and stocked the home with more than that :) The home was clean, and evrything is renewed in the house. Very close to the kitty hawk beach and ev chargers

From the moment we arrived, we knew we had chosen the perfect place. The home was spotless—truly one of the cleanest rentals we’ve ever stayed in. It was beautifully decorated, tastefully updated, and felt cozy and welcoming.The property was stocked with everything we could possibly need, right down to the thoughtful little details that made our stay extra comfortable. It was clear the hosts had thought of everything.The hosts themselves were amazing—friendly, responsive, and so easy to communicate with. Beautiful Home-Great HostsWe have rented many vacation homes and Pelicans Nook is by far the best home we have rented. Pelican Nook was spotless and well organized. Derick and Shannon go above what you would expect by providing coffee, tea, sugar, creamer, and spices. The kitchen is well stocked. They provided all the paper supplies and soaps you would need. Beds are comfortable and all linens were provided. The living room provided a lot of space and had a large tv as well as TV's in the bedrooms. Pelicans Nook is in a great location that is close to restaurants and shops. We visited Kill Devil Hills, Duck, Nags Head. and Cape Hatteras. There is even a community pool. Shannon and Derek were wonderful and always responded quickly to any questions that we had. They truly care and provide excellent customer service. We have used VRBO many times and are so glad we found Derek's and Shannon's beautiful Pelicans Nook. We will definitely be back to stay in this great home. Shannon and Derek thank you for providing such a beautiful clean place for us to stay. We had a wonderful time!
