Características del condominio: Villa de 4 habitaciones / 3 baños 100 yardas a la playa 2000 pies cuadrados / todo en un nivel Cocina grande / área de comedor Lavadora y secadora Pisos de madera laminados ¿Qué ofrecen las villas Myrtle Beach? Absolutely loved the condo it was perfect for my family. Loved the pool and splash pad. Right across the street from the beach. Our hope is to return every other year to this property!

Stay was ok. The beach was very crowded. There was alot of noise when we were trying tp sleep at 1am. 2am. We had to wash towels about every day because we only had 9 towels and there was 9 people. Towel small and thin. The 3 king beds were terrible. They were twin beds pushed together with no middle piece to eliminate the hole in the middle. So the adults didn't sleep well.

This rental has so much potential, it’s unfortunate the owners do not put enough care into the renters experience. The towels and bedding are what you’d expect to find at a budget motel. If you want to have the beds as kings (as advertised) they push together two twins, not a problem, except for the twins are not the same height so you have an uneven line in the middle of each bed setup as a king. They left the absolute minimum to zero supplies. One trash bag, one toilet paper roll, no salt, no pepper, no dish soap, no hand soap, no cleaning sprays, no supplies to clean up after ourselves, nothing to help set up the customer for a successful, easy stay. This place is a block from the beach and has a pool, but not even beach towels were included in our rental fee. While the place itself has a good layout and location, it unfortunately left us feeling disappointed. It would really take a small effort to lift this rental up another notch and make people want to return.

Other units seemed to be rented by young adults who made excessive noise around the clock and puked in stairwells. Otherwise, a nicely located condo for 2 families to share. Pool and hot tub area was well maintained.

Family vacay

We stayed in 105a and it was above and beyond what we expected. We had a total of 10 people. The place was clean and tidy, Bedrooms very spacious. The lazy river was hit everyone including my 4 year old loved it. Short walking distance to food, shopping, and entertainment. The short walk to the beach was awesome. We were all sad to leave.

Very relaxing

Made us feel like home. It was not over the top or flashy. Close to the beach. Over unit was super clean. Only complaint is the beds. We was expecting kings and not two twins pushed together. But over all was a super calm place. I seen reviews of bugs but they are the big bugs from out side and they are all over down there. Broad way at the beach has them too. I would recommend if you looking to relax and spend time with family and friends.

The property was clean and well kept. Except for a couple of cobwebs! Bring your own pillows if staying in this one the pillows provided are terrible.

Spacious condo for a family

Good location, good parking, but unit needs some care. Lazy River/ splash pad and hot tubs were well maintained. Management were very responsive and got us a new coffee maker within hours of our communication. Unit has spacious layout for a family. Overnight security were very effective in controlling noisy neighbours in the evening hours. Dishwasher plate drawer was rotted out and wheels were missing. Only had a 2 slice toaster that didn’t pop and a 4 slice toaster would have been more suitable for a 4 bedroom unit. Missing 4 light bulbs throughout the unit. Unit needed an in depth cleaning as there was dirt, dust, and mold in several areas. Found various items under the beds in 3 of the bedrooms and the couches had toys, socks, and food under the cushions. With a more thorough cleaning and a few improvements this unit would be a great experience.

Annual family vacation

The worst property we ever rented. Upon arrival the door was supposed to unlocked at 4pm, it wouldn't unlock till 4:15, we were frustrated but not such a big deal. Untill we open the door to find one thing after another. The dirt, mold dust , the dirty pool, and the roaches. The lack of communication with the staff. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Myrtle Beach Villas pros and cons

Unit was large enough for 8-10 people. The unit inside was clean at arrival. Lots of kitchen utensils, pans, silverware, coffee pot etc. cons: outdoor pool area not very clean, one hot-tub was not working, hot water, no bubbles first 2 days, then cold water. Other hot-tub worked for 3 days then only cold water. People reported it but no one fixed it. The pool water was very cold. The cable box was missing from master bedroom. The owners just said up to spectrum. I requested small reimbursement for this, no response. Only supplied 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom and 1 paper towels. No dish detergent, no other extra supplies, every VRBO I have stayed in had extra supplies, salt, pepper, hand soap, dish soap, extra toilet paper. This was disappointing and annoying. Location was decent, 20 minute walk to boardwalk, across street from beach with easy access.

Long awaited vacation since COVID

I gave a review once. To sum up the trip in a short answer. Just give your units alot of tender loving care. The location was great but clean your furniture(RESOLVE carpet cleaner) ASAP. Fix the minor issues throughout the unit. Hole in the wall ,marks on the wall, dish wisher, clean the carpet. (carper spray RESOLVE is one of the best) I WILL RENT AGAIN. Give the units the attention just like the the prices you charge for renting them.

Anniversary Trip

We had a great time staying at your location. The rooms were great sizes. The only thing i wasn't happy about was that not all the jets were working in the tub in the master bathroom. Besides that we definitely will keep yall in mind the next time we come to visit.

Nice Property, But...

While the unit itself was very nice and had so much potential, there were problems that caused hiccups in our vacation. First, the LARGE cockroaches were everywhere outside on the property. Twice we found them inside of the unit. On our 4th day, we awoke to the pool being closed and empty. It subsequently stayed closed for 3 days. Even after the pool reopened, the children’s play/sprinkler area never did come back on. While the kids were able to sit in the 1 foot deep water, the sprayers were disabled (this was one of the main reasons for selecting this unit as we had 4 small children). The day of checkout, the housekeeper knocked and proceeded to come into the unit at 8:30am, 1.5 hours before the listed checkout time, while we were still occupying the unit. At 9am, members of our family had come back to the unit from loading luggage into the car and were unable to get in as the door code had been deactivated. We are just thankful that my mother in law was still in the unit, otherwise we would have been locked away from our belongings, without texting the checkout code to the provided number, an hour before our posted checkout time. When attempting to call three times to complain, I would receive the “please continue to hold” standard message for 10 minutes before being directed to leave a message for a return call. However, this would be a waste of time, as in June when attempting to make the final payment, I had followed the same process, leaving my name and number three days in a row, with no return phone call. It took a fourth day of calling before reaching the office. The unit itself was beautiful and spacious. The kitchen had many surprising amenities that I needed for preparing meals and aren’t typically provided in rentals, however, there was not enough silverware for the advertised maximum occupancy of 10. This caused us to incur extra costs in purchasing disposable silverware. The unit was cleaned well upon arrival, however with the number of cockroaches, or palmetto bugs as well were told they are called, it made our family question if the cleanliness was only surface deep. The unit had the makings to be a great space for a family vacation, but there are definitely issues that need addressed before we could consider utilizing this unit again.
