The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Turn thermostats to off position. Outside umbrellas should be down and secured with the Velcro strap. Place all pool furniture covers back on.
Place all trash in the respective trash bins. For Monday stays or check-outs please place the bins on the curb for the Tuesday pick up.
Please leave any used beds unmade. This will let the cleaning crew know what linens to change.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Hosts were fantastic. The house is gorgeous. You'd be happy to live in this house as your primary home let alone a rental. Just gorgeous. Lovely to sit and watch the colors on the mountain range behind the house, and of course the heated pool and the hot tub a big bonus to have.

Amazing place!!!

Super relaxing, easy location to get to and from the freeway or HWY 11. Beautifully decorated, well organized and the owners are so thoughtful and amazing! Comfy beds, incredible pool, great place to soak up the sun, swim, spa, golf and more!

Beautiful home with great owners

Oh my gosh - we are coming back for sure ! The home is beautiful, clean and has everything you need for a wonderful stay ! The patio, pool and spa is fantastic ! Close to the Badland’s hiking trail. The owner’s were fantastic ! Very hard to leave after our stay in this beautiful home - it was “paradise” !

The house was amazing and big and open. The rooms all were very spacious and comfortable beds. The pool was a good size for our big party staying. I would highly recommend this home. We had no issues.

Very communicative and flexible

Ivette was quick to respond to all messages. Was flexible with check in/ out times and very friendly. The house was larger than expected for our group of 10 comfortably and was very clean. Would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Indio!

Tennis and gol getaway

Each year my friends and I enjoy watching the the tennis tournament and we also play tennis and golf. We also enjoy a hot tub at the end of the day and this home had a very nice backyard with a very clean pool and hot tub. A big plus for this home was that it is along the Tera Lago golf course so it was super convenient to play golf at this wonderful course. The home was also a great fit for group because it has four bedrooms so we each had our own room. The home is very well stocked and the hosts were very helpful and responsive to some requests we had regarding using the hot tub and other home amenities. We will definitely try and stay at this home again. Mike M
