Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the cleanliness of the condo and the great view. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the fireplace and bedroom TV issues during your stay. Our maintenance team addressed the fireplace issue by bringing in an outside technician to replace a faulty part, and the repair was completed that same day. Unfortunately, the bedroom TV’s cable box was broken and could not be replaced immediately, so we provided a Roku as a temporary solution to ensure you still had access to television programming. We understand this was not the ideal experience, and we appreciate your patience while we worked to address these issues. Your feedback is valuable to us, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a more seamless and enjoyable stay in the future.
