Aimez la vie à Nickerson State Park! Étangs, plages et pistes cyclables! Chiens bienvenus!

Notre adorable maison de vacances pour chien est à 50 pieds du parc d'État de Nickerson et de son réseau de pistes cyclables et de randonnée. À seulement 10 minutes à pied sur les sentiers tranquilles de Cliff Pond pour la baignade, la pêche et la détente. Excellent emplacement pour la randonnée, le vélo, le kayak et pour profiter des vues et des sons de la nature. Crosby Beach sur la baie est à seulement 2 miles en vélo ou en voiture.

Notre ranch de 3 chambres a une salle de jeux finie avec une alcôve et un lit gigogne (2 lits jumeaux) au sous-sol de débrayage, ouvrant sur un petit patio et une grande cour arrière boisée. Le niveau principal a une chambre principale avec un lit king et une salle de bain attenante. D'autres chambres disposent d'une reine et de 2 lits jumeaux - avec une fresque lunatique sur la plage. Tous les matelas plus récents, plus les unités A / C dans les chambres pour le confort de sommeil.


Juste deux ou trois choses à savoir:
* Les draps ne sont pas inclus, vous pouvez apporter les vôtres ou travailler avec nos partenaires à Cape Cod Linen Rentals. Ils louent également des chaises de plage.
* La location de vélos est disponible chez Orleans Cycle, ils livreront même des vélos à la maison si vous le souhaitez.
* Ne pas fumer dans la maison s'il vous plaît!
* Les heures de silence pour les voisins sont de 23h00 à 6h00! Nous aimons nos voisins!
* Nous vous demandons de bien ranger avant de partir à la caisse.

Wonderful house and hosts!

We loved staying here. The house is adjacent to Nickerson State Park, with easy walking/bike access to trails and Cliff Pond. Very quiet neighborhood, and the house has everything you'd need and more.

Excellent location

Great stay here. Small but has everything you need especially AC! The fenced in yard was super helpful for our dog and the location next to Nickerson was amazing. Super easy to walk on the trails and over to the ponds. Thanks for a great stay!

Great location!

We loved this house! It was clean, a nice size and a wonderful fit for all our travelers (people and dogs). We were thrilled with the fenced in yard, so our dogs could relax outside. The proximity to Nickerson State Park was also amazing. We enjoyed so many of the trails and access to the pond was an easy walk. We will stay here again!

Christmas Stay

We rented this home to enjoy a Christmas holiday with family in Brewster. The house was great and Liz was wonderful to work with. Lovely neighborhood with close access to running trails in Nickerson State Park.

3rd Year Stay

This was our 3rd consecutive year staying at the house. We had a great time once again with our family of 4 (2 kids ages 8 and 11) and 1 dog.house is as advertised, communication with owner was easy and straight-forwarded.The family enjoyed Crosby Beach (about 2 miles away), the cape code bike trail and also explored other nearby towns!

Cozy Cape Cod home in April

We have stayed at this lovely home many times during the month of August which is the height of the season. Great location for access to Nickerson State Park and bay beaches. The house is clean and well equipped. It's so nice that we can bring our dogs as the home has a fenced in backyard. This was our first time staying at this home off season. We found it to be as cozy and welcoming as our other visits here. The delightful hosts who make you feel right at home! We look forward to our next stay here!

Peaceful Cape Retreat

This was our 4th stay at this comfortable and cozy Cape Cod home. It is literally 50 feet from Nickerson State Park which we love! It is also close to Brewster beaches and in general centrally located to restaurants and various activities. The yard is fenced so our dogs are safe outside. The backyard backs up to conservation land and provides for a peaceful deck experience. The home has all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Hopefully, we will be back next year!

Great home to experience Cape Cod!

This is our third stay at this cute home and it doesn't disappoint! We were fortunate to stay three weeks here and enjoyed every minute! The house is well equipped for eating in with a full kitchen, clean, air conditioning, washer/dryer(a must on the Cape),comfortable family/den area downstairs with large screened TV, deck and fenced in yard for our dogs. The home is 50 feet from Nickerson State park, rail trails, and less than 5 minutes away from beautiful Brewster Bay beaches! Also, the owners are very responsive to renters. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying here again!

Great location for accessing bike trails!

My family of 4 stayed here for two nights to be able to ride the Cape Cod Rail Trail. This house was in the perfect location! Just feet away was access to the paved bike/walking trails in Nickerson Park and the paved Cape Cod Rail Trail was about a 1.5 mile bike ride away at the entrance to Nickerson Park. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Checkin was easy and communication with the owner was great. We brought our dog and walked him on the trails in the park and even took him when we went for a drive to Provincetown. The whole Cape is very dog friendly! We would like to stay again for another weekend in the future!

This vacation home was on point and fantastic for us!! We love being near Nickerson State Park and this home is 50 feet from the park and close to bay beaches. Close to so many things!

The property was perfect for what we enjoy doing-biking, kayaking, beaching. It is so close to the state park, about 3 houses from the entrance and a short walk or bike ride to the pond. Stayed cool inside, coffee pot was excellent as was the outdoor shower!

This is our third stayi for a family of 4 with 2 teenagers and 2 dogs. It’s perfect.

With fully fenced in yard for dogs and direct access into Nickerson Park for pond swimming and bike riding (including great mountain biking) and then Nauset beac within a few minutes drive it’s the perfect spot for our family.

Great Winter Getaway.

The property was well kept, clean and in an excellent location! The proximity to Nickerson Stare Park can’t be beat! As a family we enjoyed winter hikes in the State park and trips to nearby beaches. Highly recommend and hope to book again for a summer stay!

Fantastic Winter Getaway

Our family just spent a long weekend at this house and it was perfect! It is clean and comfortable and has everything you could need. The fenced in yard was great for the dog! We walked to Nickerson State Park, we drove to several beaches and even did an easy day trip to Provincetown. It is so central and there is so much to do. We also spent lots of fun family time playing games and hanging out in the living room because it was so cozy and inviting. Liz was very easy to work with and answered all of my questions. There were no issues at all - the driveway and walk were cleared of snow when we arrived and there was even a welcome bag! I'd absolutely recommend this property for anyone looking for a cozy winter getaway!

Brewster home

Our 5-day stay with lovely. The home was clean. It was also very close to Nickerson State Park. And a great backyard for our dog to play. I highly recommend this home.

We love to travel, and we love Cape Cod. So many beautiful beaches! We camped in Nickerson State Park for years before buying this home right next to the park.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We are dog owners and love travelling with our pets. We wanted to offer others the same opportunity, and enjoy all the hiking, biking, swimming and relaxing both the home and park nearby have to to offer. Plus we are a 15 minute bike ride along paved trails to the lovely Crosby Beach on Cape Cod Bay. The trails in Nickerson State Park also connect to the Cape Cod Rail Trail, so we can bike to the ocean beaches too!
