Great ocean-front location with ocean view to the north, El Yunque rain forest to the south, sunrise to the east and sunset to the west, 15 min. walk to the famed Luquillo kiosks to the east of the bldg. Ocean waves lull you to sleep as you enjoy the hammock on the balcony. Apartment on the second floor of the building, east side. AC in the bedrooms. Car rental a must. No direct beach access. Enter through the property to the west or a 5 min walk west thru the basketball court.

Great location. steps from the water. You can walk to the left and go to another beach, with walk up each bar 8 min from place. Kiosks are about 20 min from place, either accessable from road or beach. Ac works great, balcany was nice for evenings. Stayed down there street last year, and after this years stay we will be rebooking here. Thank you

The apartment was perfect for our stay—clean, safe, cozy, and equipped with everything we needed. The balcony overlooking the ocean was the highlight! The location was great, close to restaurants, El Yunque, and the marina for excursions, with San Juan only 30–40 minutes away. We only wish we had stayed longer and will definitely be back with the family!PS the cleaning lady does an thorough job and the host was quick to respond to any questions

Nice beach side, lots of stuff in house (towels, snorkels etc), very clean. Check in process a little complex with multiple codes but easy afterwards

This unit was very nicely laid out and updated. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with lots of essentials. The view from the big balcony was amazing.

Amazing waterfront condo. Private beach experience with a small beach right next door, plus larger beaches within walking distance. Enjoyed watching sunrise over the water from the balcony. Perfect spot for my family vacation. Well stocked eso with toiletries and essential kitchen items.

Great sea view. Great location. Clean, well stocked. Responsive and nice host. Slightly old-ish feel and beds/couch/chairs could be more comfortable. Enjoyed our stay.

The location and the interaction with the owner were good. The drawback is getting into the Condo: opening the gate requires a code, opening the outside gate requires a code, and another code is needed for the lockbox to get the keys to open the door to the condo. The process is arduous and does not always work (keys stick in the door; the remote doesn't always open and close the outside gate). Having to call the owner so often was frustrating. The positive side is the balcony, private beach, and access to the Rainforest and public beach.

Ann, I was very disappointed in your review and complaints about the security measures we have in place to keep everyone safe. This is the first time I have had someone say they were unhappy with the locks that are on the door and no one has ever said the gate code didn't work. You said there was no gate remote then about 2 days later you said you found the remote. I asked where did you find it and you did not answer. Still wondering. I have had guests after you and they have never indicated a problem with keys or remotes.

Hostess Marie got back in touch with me promptly. The ocean view was amazing and so was the view of El Yunque from the bedrooms. And you can hear the sound of the ocean from the bedrooms. This was a very safe neighborhood and nice walk to the kioskos of Luquillo and beaches. The condo was very clean and very nicely stocked. We had a really wonderful stay here!!!

This place is great. Kitchen haa eveeything you could want. Good location and a great view. There is a TV ia every room but we never turned them on just sat on the balcony

We loved staying here! Perfect peaceful and accessible location. Can still hear the ocean! The space had more than everything we needed. The porch was a perfect spot to enjoy the waves, the sunrise/sunset, and relax on the hammock. Having laundry access was extremely helpful for the active trip we had. The location was easy to get to El Yunque and there were restaurants/food kiosks within a 15-20 min walk or a short drive. If you're considering staying in Luquillo or this area of the island, we recommend staying here!

Had a great stay! If I had only one complaint it would be the couch ( very uncomfortable). But with the beautiful view it made up for it. Also it was ver nice having all the supplies provided! Thank you Maria! We will definitely stay again

I chose this neighborhood because it is quiet and has a small town feel. People are very friendly and I feel safe walking around the neighborhood.

I love the sound of the ocean and the sunrise. El Yunque rain forest is about a 20 minute, beautiful drive, away, the Wyndham golf course is about 10 minutes away, there is horseback riding nearby and at the Luquillo beach you can rent a jet ski, relax on the beach and enjoy some good snacks.
