Amazing Listing

This place was wonderful. The views were stunning. It was very safe, clean and the property manager was very helpful and a great communicator. It was an ideal location and every day we celebrated the gorgeous views of the sea, boats coming in and out of the marina and the islands. Excellent listing! We had a great time and loved our stay here.

The property was amazing!! Clean and security was reassuring. Not sure if in miss read but didn't had a place to stock towels so did alot of washing of towels because it was limited. So have your quarters. Other then that will be there soon . 5 stars for me !

Best view we have ever had.

The checkin is a bit confusing but owner quick to respond when we got confused. The view and convenience of the location is awesome. We sat on patio for hours just watching the boats come in and out . We went on a trip out to island and it was 5 min drive to the dock to catch the trip .I would stay again just for the view . Comfortable for 2 .

Breathtaking

I can't believe that I forgot to write this review. My mom, son and myself stayed here back in July 2016 and this is all I talk about. If Señor Jose ever sells this place I want it. He was super accommodating and gave us advice of the places to go and not to go. I can't wait to stay here again. The best part was the breeze and the breathtaking view. The pool is huge and never crowded. The apartment was super clean. We stayed at for places and this was my favorite one!

Bed was disgusting, dead and living bugs in kitchen, plumbing issues.

Communicated with owner and property manager.....offered to compensate lunch and for supplies we had to purchase. Over a week later.....no compensation and no communication. Not keeping their word after all of the inconvenience was just too much. Daughter and I came to celebrate our birthdays. We had an amazing time on the island. Can't wait to go back--will definitely stay somewhere else.

Safe and secure with senic views.

Close to local shopping, beaches and the national forest. Perfect for 2 adults with two kids under 10. The bedroom has air conditioning, the rest of the condo doesn't. Being on the 28th floor there is a natural breeze. If you open the windows which keeps the living, kitchen cool. There are 2 futons which worked fine for my two young kids. Big pool onsite. Security guard at the main gate. Lots of Americans living in these two buildings full time. Find the lock boxes located near the gate entrance and its pretty easy to get in. Will stay here again. There's an awesome little coffee trailer down the streets.

Very nice view

Everything was amazing, but the only thing, was the wifi, I text to tell them that if I could have the wifi password. An why the one they gave me, was not working. So, I could not finish a work. That had. In my laptop. An was very important, thank god, my other stay in luquillo they had amazing wifi. If I come back yes. But not at this place. Thank you. If y’all want to have. Business in renting condos. Y’all need more comunicación con la personas. Gracias

Fantastic View!

The location was fantastic and the view was everything we wanted. You could watch the boat traffic out to the islands. There are several keys and fobs to carry with you but check in was fairly simple. The location was extremely safe and close to everything. My only complaint would be comfort. The a/c in the bedroom only keeps up if you run it constantly and keep the door shut, so the remainder of the unit was hot and humid . Especially if we were in and out from the balcony. The futon was really hard and small, which we didn’t spend much time there anyway just for a bit before bed. The tv is not smart, nor is there a fire stick but there is cable and I think 3 of the channels spoke English, for those that aren’t Spanish speaking. Again, that’s not what we were there for. I didn’t see the cooler as pictured and when I reached out to ask if it was hidden somewhere, I never heard back. Overall, for the price and view, we would stay again but you are missing those few amenities. Oh and the pool was huge and clean! Thank you for having us.

Lovely location and view

After we finally learned that it is best to communicate with the property manager by phone (not texts), things began to improve. Initially we had no hot water which took several days to relay the message, and then fix. I was pleased with the temp of the water after that, but pressure is pretty low. But what can you expect. Only 1, not 2 beach chairs as promised, and it broke with first usage. Then the bathroom sink clogged. Not much of a big deal. But, because the property manager asked what was clogging it?! Dah! It took several days for a plumber. But all in all, we have enjoyed Dos Marina, very much. I could never have asked for a more brilliant view. Small with uncomfortable seats in living room, but all in all, we lived with it. Lovely breeze. Fantastic location. Nice pool, but not one chair. Very clean and functional laundry area. Thank you so much for a wonderful 2 weeks.

If you want to stay cleaning their property go for it!!

Let me start with check-in process - this is first time I have experienced where keys are left outside middle of road on dotted pole, I will say you need to find keys in middle of no where and property manager to expect to find in first blink of an eye from one pictures shared and information is vague. I got in, it was little late and went to freshen up and sink was leaking, I had to clean their property as water was flowing outside to bedroom and to living room. from rest room. I contacted property manager and let them know the situation, they said they will send plumber first hour tomorrow but no one showed up. Property manager asked me if I am on property around noon and I was in and responded yes and after that no response. I went out side later and came back late and I went to restroom to get freshen up and again same cleaning the floor for another night. Avoid as much as possible, not worth it to stay.

Wasn’t exactly perfect but it was still very amazing and beautiful.

So check in was kinda up in the air. Check in is at 4 pm , most place you can check in earlier than that. Then the person it’s listed under isn’t the one who you go to about anything about it. Took an hour to get in touch with THE RIGHT PERSON , again whose listened isn’t the one to get the info from. Finding the keys fob felt like scavenger hunt lol but it’s fine after much communication it was easy to get in. The room was beyond beautiful- open wide windows in the living area, beautiful balancing, huge open windows over looking the ocean. But the room and bathroom wasn’t cleaned. However, the cleaning lady did spend an hour getting it up to par and it was appreciated. Even though check in was crazy as we waited an hour until we finally got in anf beside having to have the cleaning lady come I WILL STILL COME BACK HERE. This trip was for my 30th birthday coming to PR for the first time ever. And the view was majestic. I don’t care about any other issues we had bc I had an amazing time& nothing takes that away. The whole area is cozy , the ac is only in the bedroom but that’s all you need it for as the open windows and the vents from the front door allows an amazing cool breeze AHHHH I wish I was back there. Listen, take this how you want. If I’m coming back to Fajardo I’m coming back here.

It was okay

We've stayed in this complex before, many years ago were surprised that it was very run-down. This unit is on the 28th floor, 2 floors from the top. The view is amazing and it is fun to watch the boats coming in and out of the marina below. The owner was very quick to return our texts and calls and we really appreciated that as we were unclear of the check-in instructions. We had to get an electronic key fob from a hidden lock box that was off-site to access the main door of the building. Another lock box next to the door of the apartment could then be accessed with a code to get the key to open the doors. Once inside, there was a set of keys and electronic key for the gate to enter and exit the property. We were confused about the first electronic key that was in a hidden lock box off-site and missed that part. Once we got all of this figured out, we were good to go. The "fully stocked kitchen" is a bit of an exaggeration. There is no oven or dishwasher so be prepared to cook in the microwave or in the toaster oven. Other things that we found to be an inconvenience were: ~ You can't use the drawers in the master closet as the closet storage unit sits right behind the mirrors and when you slide either side across, the drawers are unusable. ~ 2 of the 4 beach chairs were broken ~ The TV could not connect to Netflix and most channels were in Spanish ~ Microwave turntable did not work ~ The place was dusty, like the top of the refrigerator, etc. ~ There were no dish towels or dish rags. We had to go to Walmart and buy some of our own ~ There were no bathroom hand towels supplied, only 4 bath towels and 2 wash cloths ~ We were there in late mid-late June and the place stayed hot and muggy. The A/C unit is only in the bedroom and even with the windows and door open for the ocean breeze, it was still uncomfortably warm and we are from hot & humid Georgia ~ We could hear barking dogs in adjacent units during the day and at night but the A/C unit in the bedroom drowned out the dogs barking at night when we were going to sleep ~ The pool gate stayed locked for no entry so we couldn't use it We enjoyed the view however and like I said, communication with the owner was very prompt and helpful. Laundry soap was supplied for the laundry room that is on the bottom floor of the building so that was nice. The A/C unit in the bedroom worked well however it had to run all night long so if you don't mind the noise of it running, it was fine.

Amazing View!!!

Perfect place for relaxing, enjoying the breeze and the view Day∋ght, Love the pool!!! Just had a great time going every where at Fajardo, everything is just few minutes on the way, I would definitely stay there on my next visit.

Expectacular. Ambiente tranquilo. Cerca de todo. Lamentable que las facilidades de Piscina no estaban disponible. Disfrutamos playa SevenSeas. Empleado mantenimiento no recomienda Area Recreativa para niños alegando peligro perros callejeros. Acceso al interior no estuvo disponible por dicha área. No empece regresamos. Conociamos un poco sobre municipio.

I used to visit this condominium for years, when we saw an ad for sale, contact the owner. As soon we enter the property we fell in love, removed everything and remodeled.
Since that moment this is our relaxing place.
