Enjoyed the beachfront condo which had a wonderful view. The location was ideal for exploring the east side of the island. I would stay there again the next time I travel to Puerto Rico.

We really enjoyed our stay in Luquillo!! The location is the perfect beach location and close to other beaches and restaurants as well, El Yunque national forest and Las Pailas natural waterslides!! Check in and check out was super easy!! The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It’s an older building but overall great for the price. We had a small issue with the AC, but Janet worked very hard to get it fixed for us and she did a fantastic job at making sure we were taken care of!!! She communicated very well and replied very quick. We were overall happy with our stay!! The view of the beach from the condo was my favorite!

Great beach front condo in Luquillo. With a great beach for wave-jumping out front, calmer beaches are not far away near the Kioskos. A nice beach front walk to the main square of Luquillo with good restaurants. Plenty of beach-day equipment provided by the property. I would stay here again.

Communication with the host was excellent. The apartment was exactly as described. The location was the absolute selling point. Even though we were there just several nights, the neighbors went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Would highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Luquillo! The apartment was just as pictured. We didn't use the air conditioning at all, preferring to let the ample breeze off the water blow through the apartment. There are several great places to eat in Luquillo, and the calm-water Luquillo beach is a moderate walk or a short car ride away. (The beach in front of the apartment was great to walk or sit on, but the waves were a little too big for us to swim in during our stay.)One tip - the owner texts you the entry instructions 24 hours before arrival. My phone marked that text as spam, so I never saw it. (That's my fault.) The owner was very responsive on the phone, and quickly helped me get access.

We loved that the beach was so close to the apartment. It was very close to Luquillo beach and El Yunque National Forest, both amazing. It was a great base for day trips. It was also close to a grocery store and local restaurants. We liked the small cooler and the camp chairs, which we used every day. Thank you for making our 1st stay in Puerto Rico a great experience.

This is my third time staying here. Everything I come to Puerto Rico I love to stay at this apartment. My family and I had a great time! Francisco and Janet did a great job to accommodate us and make sure we were comfortable. They went above and beyond for us! My family and I are super appreciative. They are quick to respond and the view is amazing. The apartment is clean and has everything you need to enjoy your time. Lots of places nearby for food and enjoyment. Looking forward to visiting again!

Overall a very quiet place with wondeful views of the ocean. Place was clean and well furnished will everything you would need on a beach vacation. Local restuarants arein close proximity and very nice. Good sized supermarket, cute little bakery, and walgreens are nearby.

A bit too small for 3 people but the location was amazing, not a tourist area so we had the beach to ourselves. The people at the nearby bar and store were so friendly, restraints nearby were great. Kiosko just a 2 mins drive away. It’s was 8 mins from the natural waterslides. We had a great time, the host was very responsive

Perfect stay!

Our stay was amazing. Right across from the beach. Neighbors were very friendly. Owner was quick with responding. We loved sitting on the balcony in the morning and at night to end the day. A short walk to a couple little restaurants had great food and welcoming people. Laundry at stay was a huge plus!
