Recently renovated and new to the short-term rental market, you'll be greeted with brand new furniture, tasteful decor, and new luxury plank flooring. The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances and everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. Enjoy your meals at the dining table or step outside to the gated deck and dine al fresco overlooking the lush green surroundings. A sunroom provides plenty of light for enjoying your morning coffee or reading a book before bed. Upstairs, you'll find three cozy bedrooms, each thoughtfully furnished for comfort and relaxation. The main bedroom boasts a plush king bed and an en-suite bathroom for added privacy. The additional two bedrooms are perfect for guests, with comfortable beds and ample storage space. Two bedrooms have huge walk-in closets!

There are two smart tvs that include access to all the popular streaming apps. The tvs DO NOT have live tv (no cable). Feel free to use your own app logins.

The home hosts many amenities for children, complete with toys, card and board games, beach toys, boogie boards, and an enclosed deck for safety. Feel free to use the beach cart to help ease your trip to the beach.

The home also provides 6 adult beach chairs and a beach umbrella for your use.

Outside, you'll discover a community pool, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and bag toss/cornhole area, perfect for staying active and enjoying the outdoors. The community is lined with paved areas to walk and a large open field to stretch your legs.

Guests have access to the entire townhome via an electronic box on the front door. A code will be provided prior to check-in, and the code will be removed promptly at check-out time.

Community pool is open Memorial Day through September 15. Pool pass required to enter (included in stay). Please read and obey pool rules.
