Relájese en nuestro cómodo refugio costero ubicado en las Aldeas de Bear Trap Dunes.

La decoración costera brillante y limpia acentúa nuestra villa de golf para no fumadores de nivel superior de 3 dormitorios con capacidad para 8.

La ropa de cama es la siguiente:

2do dormitorio: 1 cama Queen
Loft: litera piramidal con litera superior doble, fondo completo y nido doble
El espacio habitable cuenta con un sofá cama Queen.

El dormitorio principal cuenta con baño privado, vestidor espacioso, televisión inteligente de pantalla plana y ventilador de techo. El segundo dormitorio tiene un televisor de pantalla plana, ventilador de techo y se encuentra al lado del segundo baño. El tercer dormitorio es un loft espacioso y cuenta con una televisión inteligente de pantalla plana, un reproductor de discos blu ray (con videos para su uso) y un ventilador de techo.

La gran cocina tiene capacidad para 4 personas e incluye todas las comodidades del hogar para su uso, incluida una licuadora ninja, una olla eléctrica, una sartén eléctrica y una cafetera. El comedor tiene asientos adicionales para 6.

Short Getaway in September

The condo was spacious and cozy with a nice view of the golf course. Bear Trap Dunes is a great community to stay in if you are going to visit Bethany Beach. I would highly recommend Katie's condo.

Oh, no! Only four stars? It’s disappointing as an owner when guests don’t have a five star experience. Future guests and friends: wherever you decide to spend your vacation, please read the description. This is an upper lever, villa with beautiful views overlooking an exceptional golf course. Yes, you will need to climb a standard set of stairs, but once you do, you will appreciate the bright and open living space with vaulted ceilings and raised ceilings throughout. No one plans a 4/5 star vacation experience so please do yourself a favor and stay where there is a chance you will have a 5 star stay. This guest, in particular noted several times everything was lovely but admittedly, she hadn’t read the details. If you or anyone in your party have mobility issues and difficulty with stairs, I’m happy to redirect you to a first level villa. Vacations and solid family time is so rare, we get maybe 2-4 weeks a year, if lucky. When we travel with friends and family, please choose a place that can live up to your expectations. Read the description and book instantly or, ask me a question or 10. Happy to help, even if it means you don’t choose this villa. It’s right for many, but not everyone. Otherwise, I appreciate the kind words and am happy to address and do anything I can to make guests stay at this villa a 5/5 experience. Cheers!

Very spacious home and extremely clean. The screened in porch and outdoor deck overlooking the golf course provided many hours of relaxation. Amble parking and shuttle to beach available. Beartrap has great facilities. Katie was great to communicate with. We would stay here again.

Great for traveling with a toddler!

We stayed at this gorgeous condo for a girls trip to celebrate a milestone birthday for my mom and had the best time! Not only is the decor amazing and everything kept in wonderful condition, there was a baby gate, high chair, and pack n play available for us to use, making our trip so much more convenient! The owner was very communicative, keeping us informed on check in and out procedures before and during our stay. The community is beautiful with great amenities during the off season as well. Great location, great stay!

I’m sorry you missed the language in the website description about needing to bring your own sheets and towels and the linen service option. It is also noted in my welcome letter sent upon booking. A very nice place in a great location

We had a great stay here. This was our first time at Bethany Beach and first time using VRBO. The place was immaculate and very inviting and homey. The owner made the check in and check out process very easy. She was always prompt in responding to questions and provided plenty of good information on what to see and do in the area. In spite of the restrictions we had in general with the COViD precautions on the area we still had an excellent vacation. The location was ideal as far as being centrally located to what we wanted. We normally have vacationed at the beach in the Outer Banks for years but this visit has shifted our paradigm. We plan on booking here again next year. Highly recommended!

Perfect weekend

Planned a last minute long weekend with family visiting from Germany. From the minute we arrived at the condo we were impressed. The home was immaculate, spacious and overall a beautiful property. The screened porch/ balcony was a relaxing area to hang out. The bedroom/bath set up was perfect for us, two couples, but also plenty of room for a larger group with the loft area upstairs. Lots of amenities in the home with tvs, books and games. Katie was extremely helpful from the moment we inquired about the property and throughout our stay. We kept commenting how we wish we could have stayed longer. Definitely a home on our list to stay again.

Nice 3-day weekend

Property is spacious and clean. Kids enjoyed the loft and private TV. Only issue was with resort and use of pools. There are no options for using pools for short stays. If we wanted to use the pool on our only free day, it would have cost the 4 of us $160 since fees are weekly. Tried reasoning with staff but no budge. My 6-yr old was extremely upset. Staying a whole week might have been worth it, but it definitely seems like they discourage the use of their amenities by non residents. But again, property and owner, no issues

Thank you for the kind words about our villa. I'm sorry the resort staff did not have a day pass option available. Having children, too, I can understand the disappointment and hope it didn't sour the weekend. The fee to use the amenities is pretty standard for the area beach resorts, but I do wish I could allow guests to use owner passes. Before buying, we rented for years and we did pay the optional fee. Myself and most guests who stay for the week find it to be worth it for use of the indoor and outdoor pools, sport and tennis courts, fitness center, sauna, hot tub, poolside games and beach shuttles. I can't really complain about it because they use the funds collected to help maintain the facilities and they do a fantastic job. A day pass option would be nice, I can mention it to the association board. Thank you for staying and hopefully you had a winning weekend at your tournament.

Very nice stay about 10 minutes from the beach

We've stayed in Bear Trap many times and this was one of our best experiences. First, it's a quiet location that is close to any stores you need. Manager was very communicative and helpful. The neighborhood is well-kept and the condo is well appointed and clean. It was just my wife and I but the condo could easily sleep another couple and a few kids. The California King in the master bedroom was very comfortable. Note that you need to bring your own sheets and towels. We visited the week after Labor Day and the drive to Bethany Beach from the condo took about 10 minutes and we easily found parking in the lots near the beach. Having the Park Mobile app is helpful as most meters in Bethany accept it. Would definitely stay here again. Best restaurants we visited included Hooked Up Ale House (5 mins away next to Giant), Woody's Dewey Beach (amazing crabcakes), Bethany Boathouse near Sea Colony (nice bar and outdoor seating, awesome crab pretzels).

Bethany Beach is a wonderful, family community. We have spent several years renting in Bear Trap Dunes and loved the area and community so much, we decided to purchase this property. We really enjoy spending time here and the proximity to the beach towns both north and south. Beach access coupled with the golf course, the beauty of the community and its amenities make it a wonderful destination. We hope everyone who stays at our villa will have a relaxing, enjoyable experience and like us, return again and again.

Bear Trap Dunes is a world class golf resort. Additionally, the community features 5 tennis courts (4 are Har Tru), on-site fitness center and sauna, indoor and 2 outdoor pools, basketball, and 2 well maintained playgrounds. Weekly activities, hosted by the community, during the summer season are an added bonus.
