3 Bedroom 2.5 bath with sofa bed has plenty of space for your family to enjoy Bethany Beach. Stewards Watch is a beautiful community tucked away so you have lots of privacy with access to the community pool, tennis courts, & a private pier with a kayak/paddle board launch. The Bethany Beach Trolley stop is right around the corner. It's a short walk to restaurants, the beach, hiking trails, playgrounds, and the boardwalk.

There is an outdoor shower for after your trips to the beach. The perfect location to make amazing memories for your family.

We stayed at Gabrielle’s place for a family vacation and loved that it was welcoming to our entire family- including our pup and toddler. The location was walking distance to the beach and other local restaurants and shops. For days we didn’t want to walk to the beach, it was an added bonus to have the resident beach parking pass. We did have a slight issue during our stay but Gabrielle responded quickly and resolved the issue asap. Thanks for a great stay, Gabrielle!

Perfect Location for family vacation

We loved staying at this property! The house was lovely, the pool was bigger than expected, and we could ride our bikes to the beach! Looking forward to another stay!

Nice stay

Easy walking distance to Bethany Beach, shops, and restaurants. Tucked away in a cute townhouse development right across from a pool. The townhouse is spacious with plenty of seating in the main living room and everything you would need in the kitchen. Make sure you bring towels, linens, trash bags, soap.

Great home, perfect weekend get away

Perfect home for a weekend get away! Close to the beach, restaurants, and other fun places. We did not use the pool bc it is off-season, but it is right across the street which would be nice in the summer. Hoping to come back soon!

Nice location

Nice place and location. The doorknob key pad gave us problems but the owner was responsive and helpful. One trash can had not been emptied when we arrived, which our dog discovered for us. If you plan on entertaining here, you want to bring kitchen items you need as they are lacking things like a proper cutting board, broiler pan, and platters. Overall, though, we enjoyed our stay.

Best Thanksgiving family time!

Enjoyed the amenities and pleased with having some games- big Monopoly contest and hosted extended family (15 of us) for a meal, should add only 5 of us stayed here) but plenty of comfortable seating, too cold for pool or tennis but maybe next time!!

Great stay, but

Two issues. The guest Wifi did not work. I was able to sign on to the guest Wifi, but on the Wifi, I could not read articles from the New York Times or Washington Post. I shut down the Wifi and on cellular I was able to get both. That means that some apps would require data. The second issue. Some places we stayed there was a booklet explaining how things worked such as the TV. I was able to get some things on the TV, but some additional information would have helped. (There was a white remote on top of a book shelf that was labeled as “remote to use.”. We could not use that one.

Lots of pros a few suggestions

The location of this home is good! Lots of good things. It was clean and the host was good at answering questions. The house is somewhat dated and and very basic. The porch was old and not a nice place to sit. The grill was so tiny that we thought it was a joke. The bikes are broke and pack everything.

Great Location!

The location was convenient, the pool was fantastic, and the neighborhood was quiet. We appreciated being able to bring our dog, but agree with the other listings that the screen door needs to be repaired (we could not use the porch because it was too buggy due to the screen tear) and that the steps leading to the outdoor shower need fixing. Other areas could use updating, organizing (washing machine area and under sinks), or deep cleaning (stains on rugs/couches) - this did not bother us, but may affect some. Note to others - you do need to bring everything: sheets, bath towels, pool towels, kitchen sponges, hand towels, toilet paper, paper towels, kitchen towels, pillows, cleaning products, and any and all toiletries. Having to pack all of this stuff and do a major grocery order during the trip took away time we could have spent enjoying the area. I would have paid more to have even some of these amenities. We had a great time regardless - the owner was communicative and kind.

Nice condo - walking distance to the beach.

My wife, 2 kids,, sister-in-law and her daughter along with myself spent 4 days in this property. We had a great beach trip. Quiet neighborhood and clean property. Nice owners and very clean property. Great trip.

a great place for a family stay

We especially loved sitting out on the back deck! Close to the beach and shops. The pool area was quiet and inviting. We had 3 generations of people staying with comfort. When the listing says no linens, it needs to include no pillows. We were a bit caught off guard by that upon arrival, but were able to pivot.

Perfect location, great neighborhood

Perfect location - walkable to beach and shops but in a quiet neighborhood with good amenities, for those who wanted to just relax by the pool. The property is well maintained and the little screened in porch was lovely.

Perfect house wiith great amenities and location!

We really enjoyed our stay! We had four adults and two toddlers in this kid-friendly house. Having the pool right next door was very clutch and it was only short walk to the beach so we got to avoid the hassle of parking. Owner had great communication and the place was nice and clean. Definitely would come back.

Easy, breezy getaway

We had a terrific off-season stay. The property was comfortable, very clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. The location was excellent, a quick drive or nice walk to the boardwalk/beach. The sunset was beautiful from the dock. We look forward to visiting again.

Property very convenient. Suggest Roku instructions. Suggest supplying a toaster as toaster oven too at least 10 minutes for toast. Needs some maintenance.
