This charming 2 bedroom/1 bath home has been completely remodeled! Clean & cozy with driveway parking and a private backyard. Kitchen with fridge, oven/range, microwave, and coffee maker. Fully stocked with everything you would need. Comfortable living room with sofa/seating and large smart TV. Located in the Magnolia area of Fort Worth and close to Trinity River Trails, local hotspots, and minutes from downtown Fort Worth! Pet friendly with an additional fee.

Attention to design and detail give this home a clean and spacious feel. Each room was thoughtfully decorated for an elevated and comfortable stay. Fresh linens and towels are provided for each space including the sleeper sofa in the living room.

The home was accurately represented in pictures and description. It was located centrally in Fort Worth which was a plus for us to visit family. The yard was fenced and pet friendly. Communication with our host was excellent - she was quick to respond to any questions.

I loved this duplex! Loved the backyard for my dog, but you cannot access it from inside the house. You have to walk out the front door and open the fence. The property was a little older than I expected from the photos, but very clean and comfortable. It had everything I needed.

Property was clean, super cute and in a low key neighborhood. All possible supplies provided. Beds were comfortable. Communication with owner was easy and prompt. The listing doesn't mention this is a duplex. I would have likely avoided it had I of known that-strictly for safety reasons since I was traveling alone with my daughter.

The host was great. They let us check in early so that was very nice. The house wasn’t very clean. We killed a huge cockroach in the bathroom and the lights in the kitchen had spider webs all over them. Right outside the front door it smelled like cat pee. The beds were okay but I’d say that the mattress needs to be flipped because there is a huge hole where someone clearly sleeps. The house was very close to where we needed to be so that was nice.

Good place to relax

My daughter, grandsons, Scottie, and I stayed here for 2 nights. We had several excursions planned and it was great to come back and relax. It was a quiet neighborhood. A shaded backyard for the kids and my dog. Nice sidewalks to walk my dog. It's a small 2 bedroom, nicely decorated home in a nice neighborhood.

Nice little house/communication not perfect

The house is part of a duplex which was not stated in the listing. It is clean and comfortable and has a backyard for pets (only accessible from outside). The combo washer/dryer did not work which was an inconvenience. Communication could have been better. Some attempted communications were never answered and the phone number for the manager is someone’s personal phone with a message that they are not a contact for a VRBO rental which was a little distressing as it was check in day and I had not received any check in instructions. I did get a message later with the check in information.
