Great place!! 3 senior couples stayed. Host, Colin was very easy to communicate with & helpful with ideas on where to eat & what to see. 1st time in Dallas area. Come down for Cotton Bowl, experience was awesome but outcome not so good. An easy walk to AT& T stadium - about 25 minute walk. Also walking distance to eating places. Had an afternoon flight out, Colin allowed us to stay 2 extra hours to avoid a long stay at the airport. Would definitely stay again. One request to assist with us women getting ready in AM - maybe mirrors in the bedrooms?? Not a deal breaker tho!! Thanks again for a nice stay, Dallas was good to us!!! I don’t like staying at VRBOs that have poor quality furniture and amenities. This place was perfect for me. Comfy beds with nice linens. Beautiful bathrooms with quality towels and amenities. The home was clean, the neighborhood was quiet, and I felt safe here. I could walked to ATT stadium. It was about 15 minutes to TCU. The host is an excellent communicator. I will definitely be back for my future trips.

Cute little property

We stayed at this cute property for a weekend. It was perfect for our family of 5. It’s in the perfect location to the rangers and cowboys stadium!

Great Place

Great place to stay and as pictured on website. It was very clean, cute and nice neighborhood. We had no issues and Colin was great to work with. We went to a concert one night at AT&T Stadium and it was a short 1 mile walk. I would definitely stay there again if in the area.

A wonderful family stay

Colin was a wonderful host! His mother arrived to check us in although my flight got delayed 3 times we arrived to the house at midnight. My 5 year old son was extremely tired and grumpy and I had never experienced someone there to greet me as I understand with these days and times why it’s needed but Ms. Roslyn tried to hurry as she could clearly see we all wanted to get some rest. Beautiful home with superb renovations. We had a slight hiccup with the shower but Colin was right on it with extremely amazing communication. I absolutely would stay there again!

Super cute home

Colin was great with communication before and during our stay. Roslyn met us at the house for check in and showed us the ins and outs of the home. Great location in town. Close enough to walk or Uber but far enough to be quiet and peaceful. I will definitely stay again the next time I’m in town.

Spectacular Stay!

We truly cannot rate Colin's place any higher! Beautiful furnishings and decorations, immaculately clean and well stocked with all the essentials. Great communication- thorough and timely. Excellent location near AT&T and Globe Life, as well as 6 Flags. Cute area with great, private backyard (which was also immaculate!). Even able to walk to some restaurants and shopping in Arlington. Would definitely stay again if we visit this area!
