The place was perfect for our family. Easy access to the beach and pool. Easy walk to restraunts, Camana Bay and ice cream! The location is perfect. You can access anything you need. I was worried about the loft with iur two little ones but it was no problem at all. The condo has everything you need for a beach week.

A really nice second visit

We stayed here in 2019, while the Royal Palms Beach Club was at its peak and they had the rights to the beach. In 2025, the club is being rebuilt and the beach is now completely empty and back to it's natural state. Plenty of room for people to spread out. Beautiful sunsets. Pool area is still very nice and well maintained. Inside of the unit was spotless and well equipped for a long term stay. Complete cable package. Air conditioning had no issues with keeping the condo very comfortable. Both outdoor patios are a huge asset. Check-in was very easy. Always a pleasure to visit Grand Cayman and Island Pine Villas.

Great location but it is not a 2BR

The area was excellent but we were disappointed to find a one bedroom condo with a loft. The loft is open to the kitchen and living room so no privacy, the listing should say one bedroom with a loft. The unit next door which my sister rented was a real 2 bedroom.

Great location and clean!

The condo was very clean and well stocked with all of the essentials for a nice beach vacation. Great location, close to excursion meeting points, grocery, pharmacy etc.We totally enjoyed our vacation!

Cayman get away

Nice location. Beach right there. We were glad not be on the busiest part of 7 Mile Beach. Camana Bay was great. We walked to most places including the ferry to Kaibo/ Rum Point.

Location - tick

Perfect location for a variety of restaurants, bars and shops. Steps from the local beach and on site pool. The property was well equipped, comfortable and exceptionally clean. Great communication from the hosts. Loved our stay.

Beautiful Condo

The condo was beautiful and had everything you would need. It was perfect for our family of 3, although it would fit 4. Just steps away from the beach and walking distance to many restaurants and a grocery store. The host was quick at answering any and all questions that we had. Highly recommend this property.

Amazing property

Absolutely the best trip! Condo was located close to everything. Toured the entire island and relaxed in the beach. Condo has everything we needed.

Family joy

We had a great visit! The location had a nice pool and beach combo that was easy to enjoy and well maintained. Pool depth varied from 3-6 feet so perfect for all ages. The condo was clean and updated which was lovely. We walked to Camana bay a couple times and enjoyed the overall walkability of things. For better beach walkability, Governors beach was ideal. Wish the 2nd floor had a door - hard to enjoy the main living room after kids go to bed because of loft setup but otherwise the loft setup was great. Hosts were very responsive and personable.

Island Pine March Break

Fantastic one week get away in Cayman at a lovely one bedroom plus loft. Had space for the teenage kids and space for my wife and I. Clean and very homey. Having a back and a front porch was awesome! Had troubel getting a hold of the property manger through the "Message the host" button from the email- the sliding glass door lock did not work well and I couldn't communicate that. We had a really excelent stay and would 100% go back and use the same condo again!

Fantastic

Excellent accommodations! We were able to walk to a variety of places, including a quick walk to the liquor store and grocery stores. Also had a nice beach and pool. Perfect amount of space for me and my teenage daughters for the week. Loved the back porch with a view of the ocean! I would definitely stay there again!!

Great location on the beach!

This condo unit was perfect for our group of three friends who were attending a nearby conference. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The amenities were good and it was very close to shopping and dining as well as right on the beach. Just a small warning—bring quarters for the laundry as the gas stations near the condo will no longer give change in quarters. We were not able to find enough quarters to wash anything while we stayed.

Amazing location for beach access!

We were in the perfect spot, easy beach access, beautiful sunrise and sunset views within steps of our condo. Restaurants and shopping all close by as well. We rented a car, you don't have to but I'd recommend it as the island became our area to play, we had a wonderful time. The condo was updated, clean, the perfect spot to come home to after a day in the sun. We loved our stay!

Great location!

Great location and great property with lots of nice amenities! Easy beach access as well. Unit had everything we needed to eat in when desired, gear for the beach, etc. Parking is super convenient if you have a car. Highly recommend!

Perfect home base for relaxing or exploring!

This is an absolutely perfect VRBO. The information the hosts sent for checking in was simple and accurate, and even IF we had troubles, they respond super quickly. The place was spotless, which is amazing considering the amount of sand that we tracked in over the week even while trying to be careful. The air conditioning works like a charm, and the unit was stocked with everything you may need for a perfect vacation. We thoroughly enjoyed the beach chairs, and as someone who burns easily, was also happy to see there’s also a great beach umbrella provided. Got a lot of use out of it! Location couldn’t have been better, we were shocked that the beach was just steps away from our private outdoor entrance, and there’s an amazing beach bar right beside us! This beach was by far the best out of the ones we visited, with the softest sand, and since it’s off season, practically empty, private! Across the street, a liquor store, great casual dining spots, a club we didn’t get to check out but seemed fun, post office, and pharmacy. Quick walk to Camana Bay through a gorgeous walking trail for amazing restaurant options and gorgeous views, grocery store, and ferry to Rum Point. We also loved Scoops for ice cream and Pepper’s for a fun restaurant spot, with live music! Overall we had the best time in this unit, and would recommend for anyone who wants to spend their time either lounging on the beach, or using it as a jumping off point for exploring the island. We didn’t want to leave!
