Wonderful Stay

Wonderful location and had everything you needed. Owner helped when needed. A car rental is awesome and our kids had a wonderful vacation.

Great location!

The view from the balcony is exactly as pictured and beautiful. This was a nice quiet property with a nice beach area. The condo is obviously older and could use some updating, but if you want something practical with a great location and laid back atmosphere this is a good choice. This condo is by far the best unit in this complex with the view and close to the pool and beach. The beach chairs and floats to use were an added bonus.

Beautiful clean condo right on the beach. Our kids enjoyed the pool and ocean. Air conditioning worked fantastic. Everything was just as advertised.

Amazing place to stay on seven mile beach!

Truly couldn’t believe our luck in finding this unit right on the beach! Love island pine villas and this is one of the best units. Very clean and well stocked. Prime location. Will be back!!

28 day stay

We stayed 28 days. Ocean View was how depicted. Quiet area and good location. Bed has been improved since some posters complained about it. Air conditioning works very well. Good water pressure and quick hot water. Online photos show comfy looking living room sofas, but those not there now. Replacements small scale and very uncomfortable. No TV in bedroom. Small TV in living room Construction of new beach club to start next door.

Seven mile beach condo with a beautiful view

Condo was clean and nicely decorated. Appliances in good condition and kitchen had all you needed to do cooking if you chose to. Nice to have split A/C to control different areas. Nice table and chairs on the lanai. Incredible view of the water from the lanai. Good location near several restaurants and stores and Camana Bay. Excellent communication with owner and property manager. Very nice stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Older complex but well maitained. Very small rockey beach, but there was one. Spent most days at Governors Beach. Close restaurants. Live tv was unavailable. Beautiful view. Lots of beach accesories.

Beautiful location

Property is very clean and comfortable. Beds are hard as stated by others but we slept well. Would have been nice to have a fitted sheet for the double recliner in the living room which sleeps the 5th person. The location is on a beautiful stretch of seven mile beach and Camana Bay is just across the street (about a 9 minute walk) and has lots of shops and restaurants. We would recommend this location.

A really nice complex and beach

This is our third stay at Island Pine Villas. This was the first time in an ocean front villa. The view of the pool and beach is stunning. There was a constant breeze from the balcony and a perfect view of the sunset. The cleaning staff was very friendly and we were able to check in a half hour early. Condo was very clean. Air conditioner was very cold. Kitchen fully stocked to cook. Beds were comfortable. Great shower. Other guests were friendly. Condo complex is very close to stores and mall. We will be back.

Quaint & quiet condo

My husband and I had a great stay at this property. We enjoyed the location and the proximity to many restaurants and shops. If you are looking for a lavish property with tons of amenities, keep looking. If you want a decent place to land with a nice pool at an affordable rate, you won’t be disappointed.

Awesome view & great location!!

It was exactly like the pictures with fully stocked kitchen (no ice cream scoop lol), full size shampoo/conditioner/body wash was a nice surprise, linens/towels, beach towels/chairs/umbrellas, beach toys for kids and toys in the upstairs loft. As others mentioned, the mattresses could use a mattress pad, firm pillows, a thicker comforter and another throw blanket for relaxing on the leather couches. Perfect quiet location on 7MB and easily walkable to most everything you need. Pool was quiet and beach was perfect and plenty of room to spread out. Parking was right next to the building. There was a hose area right outside the unit to wash off scuba equipment too. Host was easy to work with and easy check in and out. Will definitely rent here again!

Great views!

Overall this was a great place to stay, but as others have mentioned, the beds & pillows could use an upgrade as well as additional linens/blankets. The beds were very firm. The beach has also experienced significant erosion and we had to go down the coast to swim, but the facility was clean, the pool was nice and the people were friendly. It was also a very convenient location with many restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Otherwise the unit was as advertised and the host was very easy to work with!

Great Stay!

Very nice views and location. Condo was as advertised and property manager was very responsive. Only complaint we would have is that the bed was quite uncomfortable. Other than that, thank you for a great stay!

Great location!

Wonderful location and close to everything. No need for rental car. The bus out front can take you most places. With unit close to the pool and beach, we felt comfortable letting our ten year old run back and forth on her own. It made for a very laid back trip. There is a dive shop and gas station within walking distance, so sunscreen, aloe, etc is all available and you don’t need to pack. During our stay, the sand under the water got rockier, but water shoes were available at the dive shop across the street. My only complaint is the mattresses. The upstairs mattress is not suitable for an adult. I had back pain all day after sleeping on it. The downstairs mattress you can feel your partner move. If they upgraded to a king and a little higher quality mattress, this would be a five star. That being said, we will be back despite the mattresses. The host was wonderful and very accommodating to us arriving early. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to the next one.

Perfect Location - Terrible Beds

My husband and I have stayed in this condo complex before while visiting Grand Cayman. This unit faces the beach and the view is magnificent. You can just sit on the patio or even be inside and you see the gorgeous views of S even Mile beach. It’s a shame that the beach club next door went out of business because they kept the beach clean and chairs and umbrellas lined up. The unit owner did have good beach chairs and an umbrella for us to take down. If you go early enough, you can grab one of the leftover cabana frames that have a roof and leave you in the shade. The unit was nice. The remodel kitchen was terrific. They even had a tea kettle, which you don’t often find. Unfortunately, the beds are super hard. If you can sleep on the hard bed, you’re great. My husband and I both had sore backs from the mattress. Even a 3 inch memory foam topper would make a huge difference here. Since the bed is a piece of furniture you are on the longest, I took a star off for that. Overall, great stay and we will be back….just not this unit. There is Coral Beach Club a short walk up the beach. They have some good food and delicious cocktails. There are plenty of delicious restaurants, liquor store, grocery store and shopping all around that area. It’s easy to jump on one of the buses and get wherever you wanna go.

Great Location!

I gave this property 5 stars for all the categories offered. The only negative was the mattresses. The loft bed is an old stiff spring mattress. Also, I could not find the remote to the upstairs AC but the bedroom remote operated it. That said, you could not be in a better location, facing the pool & beach and daily sunsets. Plenty of great restaurants in walking distance. The Camana Bay walk is across the street next to the liquor store. Fosters is a big grocery store a kilometer (1/2 mile) away. Note you must clime 17 steps to enter the condo. Enjoy!

Perfect Stay

Thank you Suladda! Amazing accommodations in a central location on a perfect beach. Everything is so accessible and the unit is very private. The view from the comfortable couches and the stocked kitchen allows a parent to keep an eye on the family while they are enjoying the pool or the beach. Although it was only five days, they were great! Thank you so much for the stay!

Perfect Location

This condo is perfectly located. Everything you need is within walking distance. The Condo has a beautiful view of the courtyard and ocean. There is plenty of room on the beach for you to spread out. Although some say the beach is declining this condo location has more beach front than the other rentals in the area because it is set back from the ocean. The views of the sunset from the balcony are fantastic! Many nights we would sit on the balcony just listening to the ocean. Very peaceful!

Great condo on the south end of seven mile beach

This is a great one bedroom condo with an upstairs loft on the second floor in a quiet condo complex. Stayed from New Years Eve for the week. The complex is quiet and the the pool area was never crowded. This condo faces directly out to the pool and the ocean with a great view. The beach area is nice with a couple of sun shades. The only down side of the beach is that due to beach erosion the sand is washed away about 50 yards north of the condo complex and you have to walk through waist high ocean water in two places to walk north to the rest of seven mile beach. It is a short walk to several restaurants and shopping. We did a lot of scuba diving and there is a place to wash off equipment. Overall, this a clean, no-frills, quiet place that I would stay at again.
