Welcome to Sanibel Surfside #215, a coastal-chic 2 bedroom condo designed for unforgettable beach vacations. Whether you're planning a romantic escape or a family beach trip, this beautifully furnished retreat offers the ideal setting to unwind and enjoy island life. Inside, you'll find tasteful décor with a fresh, coastal flair and all the comforts of home. The spacious screened-in lanai is perfect for dining, lounging, or simply soaking in the tranquil tropical atmosphere. Best of all, the beach is just a few steps away—you'll be on the sand in no time! Treat yourself to a week in paradise. Book your stay at Surfside #215 and experience the best of Sanibel Island living.

Condo amenities include: 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms -- 1 King bed & 2 Twin beds (sleeps 4), Smart TVs (streaming only), WIFI available, shared heated pool, in suite washer & dryer, screen & glass enclosed lanai, public BBQ gas grills, shuffleboards, 1 tennis & 2 pickle ball courts, elevators, covered parking. No Pets allowed. Bed linens and Bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience.

Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Sanibel Vacations includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement.

Smoking is prohibited (including e-cigs/vaping). NO SMOKING anywhere inside or outside the entire Sanibel Surfside complex. WE ARE NOW A 100% SMOKE-FREE PROPERTY.

7 night minimum rental period is required. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 4 people.

**Important Update for Sanibel Surfside Reopening: We are excited to welcome you back!
While we're working hard to restore all amenities, please note that some facilities may not be available during your stay. Currently, elevators, shuffleboard and grills are unavailable. We expect these amenities to be restored by mid 2026 though the exact timeline is still pending and cannot be guaranteed.
Building 2 elevator is now operational but will be down for the week of 4/27/26 to complete interior work. Timeline may be subject to change slightly. Use of the stairs will be required during this time period. We appreciate your understanding as we continue to restore these amenities, and we look forward to providing you with a full Surfside experience soon!

Great stay

The property was in a good location. Great for biking, shopping, eating out, close walk to beach. The place was comfortable and met our needs. I would stay there again. The only drawback was no balcony.

Great condo in wonderful location

The condo community was extremely nice and quiet. Amenities were great. Would suggest they replace both mattresses in the condo. Other than that it was an amazing stay and would definitely return.

It was recently remodeled with a beautiful, fully-equipped kitchen. The rooms are tastefully furnished and comfortable. All the electronics--A/C, ceiling fans, TVs, WiFi--work great. A bonus is the full-size washer and dryer! There is a peek-a-boo view of the Gulf. The location is excellent, with the beach out front and Periwinkle Way's shops and restaurants a short drive or bike ride away. We would definitely stay here again.

Vacay 2021

The condo was as described. The condo was very nice and spacious. The only complaints I have are with the company that handles the property. My first complaint was that I had requested ahead of time for early check in due to the arrival time of our plane. I was told all their guests wanted early check in. When we got to the rental office, I asked if our condo was ready and I was asked had I gotten a call from them telling me that it was ready and I said no. Then I was told then it's not ready and they would call me when it was ready. We left and went to lunch and arrived back around 3:45 pm and I waited until 4 pm to go back in to ask if the condo was ready because this was stated check in time and it was ready even though I never received a call like I was told I would. The second complaint is having to drive back to the office upon leaving to return the keys. It has been years since I have had to return to rental office to leave the keys. The rental office is not located on the property but in another location. They should have a box for the keys on the property or just be able to leave it in the condo.
